Located conveniently between Downtown Cleveland, Sandusky (w Cedar Point and the Islands), and Oberlin, this home is perfect for families visiting locally, such as Oberlin College families, or anywhere else in the Northeast Ohio area.
Perfect for Fishing and Fishermen! With convenient access to marinas and the lake, and a massive driveway for boats and trailers.

Also a great home for those who want to explore Downtown Cleveland (with the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, our world famous art museum and Cleveland Playhouse for a broadway play, and much more!) and the beautiful offerings towards the other side, with Vermillion offering one of the rare 5-star restaurants in Ohio (Chez Francios) and the Sandusky area offering Cedar Point, Various Waterparks, and access to the Islands (Kelly's Island, Put-in-Bay, etc.) And don't forget the actual city of Lorain, with its Rockin' on the River event every Friday night in the summer and up&coming food scene (we recommend Dodie's Dockside for upscale, and Papasitos and Beer for affordable mexican on the lake).

Do you love to cook? Check out our kitchen! Generously furnished with all the basics, and many of the non-basics! We have a fully stocked spice rack, Hampton forged knives and knife block, brand new appliances including a convection oven with Airfry and more, and plenty of cookware for those that love to cook and bake.

More of a grill master? We offer a brand new 5-burner propane grill with all utensils. Did we mention the grill has a sear station for those celebrating with a few steaks?

Our outdoor entertainment area located directly behind the house sits on a beautiful and well maintained property, perfect for fun games with the family. We offer KanJam, Croquet, and Horseshoes, but guests are welcome to bring their own games (so long as they are safe and respectful of the neighbors).

Want to have a family movie night? We have 2 large screen tv's to choose from!
The first is in the upstairs living room, adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. This area is also super convenient for the cooks while kids or friends watch tv, as there is a large pass through window over the butcher block countertop for those in the kitchen to watch.
The downstairs entertainment area is located near the gaming table area, and both come with google chromecast (a more user friendly roku) for all of your streaming needs.
Family or friends can't agree on a single movie? Want to watch a cooking recipe while cooking, and others want to watch something else in the basement? We've got super fast internet that can handle all that streaming and more.

Finally, we offer a massive driveway for easily parking and turning around, as well as 3 attached garage spaces for when the weather is looking scary!
