Had a great stay, plenty of space and super comfy beds. We sat out and enjoyed the fire-pit area and listened to music, was a very quiet setting and very close to MIZZOU. Patrick was very helpful and gave a great brunch recommendation to Irene's, which was amazing! We will for sure be going back next time we head to COMO. We would for rent this home again, had three couples and still had plenty of room for more.

Great stay for Parents weekend once again! An easy 8 minute uber ride to campus area makes this house awesome as it's quiet and away from the busy congested areas but still close. Lots of bedrooms to stay with a big group! Pat is a great host!!

The host, Patrick, was terrific (especially through technical issues with VRBO’s site). We enjoyed watching the chickens (while we ate some of their eggs left for us by Pat). We also enjoyed visiting with the farm cat, Chip. Beds were comfy. The sheets were soft and inviting and we slept well in the quiet of farm.

Great stay

We had a quick overnight on our way through town. The house was exactly as listed, plenty of space for our family of 7, clean and had everything we needed. Pat was very helpful and communicative about check in since the house had been painted and is a little tricky to find in the dark. Will definitely stay here again next time we come through.

Great Place!

This house was perfect! Easy access to I-70, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Easy drive to Columbia to watch the Tigers! The place was clean and very spacious! The only negative would be the Roosters get you up pretty early! Great place, we will look to stay here again in the future!
