The main level of Lake Effect features a bright, open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining areas, and kitchen—perfect for gathering and entertaining. The fully stocked, modern kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with sleek appliances, generous counter space, and island seating for four, making it easy to prep meals while staying connected with the group. A cozy breakfast nook with seating for six offers a casual spot for morning coffee, while the formal dining room features an elegant square table that seats eight comfortably. Downstairs, guests will enjoy a second king suite with its own ensuite bath, an additional king bedroom, and a queen bedroom that share a bathroom—ensuring plenty of privacy and space for everyone in your group.

*Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to make the most of your Lake Norman experience! We've partnered with a nearby marina to offer our guests brand-new tritoons, delivered right to your dock for convenience. Just ask about boat rentals, and we'll arrange for one to be delivered directly to you!


*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations
