Enjoy breathtaking lake views as soon as you walk in the door of this 7BR/3.5 bath LAKE FRONT home in Mooresville. Outdoor amenities include your own private beach, hot tub, and kayaks. We also have a dock for parking your boat (boat lift is unavailable), just put in at Stumpy Creek Boat Landing and cruise on over!

Relax on the back deck overlooking the water. Cookout on the gas grill or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Roast marshmallows in the backyard firepit.

Enjoy peace of mind and security with an outdoor camera at the front door and dock, and rest easy knowing the inside remains your private sanctuary.

Want a place to chill after a long day of fun? We've got you covered! Hang in the man cave downstairs and watch a movie on the big screen tv, shoot pool, or kick back at the bar. Feel like going out? Always incredible.

I love this place. The perfect size for a great getaway. Not too big so it still maintains coziness but not to small so is doesn’t feel cramped. Everything you need from beautiful views, sandy beach, kayaks to beautiful interior with many comforts to make the stay a wonderful vacation from reality. And best part is the host are truly amazing!

Perfect place for our group

Our group had an amazing time! We all had our own space and the amenities were perfect for us. The owner was super helpful, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!

Family holiday stay

Our multigenerational family - two toddlers, two sets of parents, and one set of grandparents - had a great three day stay. The house worked incredibly well for our different families to each have their own space and also spend a lot of time together. The weather didn’t cooperate but there was lots to keep us occupied inside and still explore the beach a bit during breaks in the rain. The location has easy access to everything you will need. I would highly recommend!

Paradise on Lake Norman

Beautiful home and property on Lake Norman. The home has great spaces for gathering yet still cozy and relaxing. The fishing was amazing! One of the best vacation homes we have stayed in on Lake Norman! We will definitely be back!

Family Christmas to Remember

Beautiful home decorated wonderfully for Christmas. Room for everyone, activities for the young people.Huge downstairs gathering room. Kitchen equipped with every thing we needed Fantastic view of the lake. Firepit reasonably close to house. Plenty of parking. Extra fridge in garage.

Beautiful

A wonderful property and extremely accomodating. Great location on a quiet part of the lake just off the main waters. The beach and onsite kayaks made the vacation so much better. We loved our stay and have already discussed a return trip. Definitely recommend.

Best on the Lake

We’ve been renting houses on Lake Norman for years. This property is hands down the best on the lake - location, dock access, beach front, well appointed kitchen, overall cleanliness - the list goes on. Do yourself a favor and rent this house for your next large family vacation.

Absolutely amazing!!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We love it so much we have booked it again for our annual trip to the charlotte area! We loved it so much the first time that we extended our stay one extra day so we could enjoy the house! The house has plenty of room for our family of 11! The owner was brilliant and labeled the kitchen so there is no time wasted in the kitchen! The view from the deck is breathtaking!! We can’t wait for our trip next year!!

Comfy Cold Weather Holiday

This vacation home was near perfect for our family holiday - in spite of the chilly weather that kept us far away from the lake. We were, however, very disappointed that we were unable to use the living room gas fireplace. The 30 degree weather would have been more easily conquered and much more enjoyable with a cheery fire. That said, this would be a most amazing summer rental with gorgeous views, several water craft, a great dock, and perfect little beach.

Wonderful lake house

The house was fully stocked, and labeled. We had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the kayaks and the pool table!! We would definitely stay again!!

Best location and has everything!

This house has everything you will need for a fun stay on Lake Norman! The private beach is great for kids, the included kayaks and beach chairs were in great shape and the house had more stuff than we could use in a full week! The owners are both wonderful to work with and very responsive as well! We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Spot!

We came to Lake Norman to Celebrate my Mom’s 90th birthday! This house was just as described, we enjoyed the fire pit, pool table and hot tub! There were 3 refrigerators, plenty of towels and cooking basics. We would definitely come back again!

Slice of heaven

Beautiful home with gorgeous view of the lake, all the comforts of home including very comfortable beds. Great swimming area off private beach, plenty of swim accessories, easy place to dock your rental boat. Wonderful family memories here! Will be back!

Spacious and comfortable

Our family with adult children were in town for a dear friends wedding. There were 9 adults and everyone had their own room/privacy. Three and a half bathroom were plenty for us to get ready. It's always fun to stay together, when we have enough room. The two large living spaces allowed us to all be in the same room at the same time. We enjoyed playing pool downstairs. I'd love to have our whole family come stay again, with the grandkids! There was a lot to do outside but we just weren't there long enough to get to use everything. Checkout was a breeze.

Sandy beach and gorgeous view

Waking up to the beautiful view was awesome. Paula and Jeff are quick to respond and take care of any situation! We rented their boat and water mat which was great fun! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. The sand beach was perfect. Had a great week!

Amazing Place for a Family Vacation

We absolutely loved being able to take a family vacation to the lake! Beautiful home right on the lake front with perfect views! Access to paddle boards & kayaks to enjoy the lake. Perfect place for sipping coffee, chatting, and enjoying the people around you! Communication with the hosts were quick when we had a few questions! [Major bonus for us: There were extra fridges in the garage for food, drinks, snacks, etc!]

Great location & well equipped property

Beautiful property with lots of amenities. Great location (on the lake and near stores when needed). Nice neighborhood for families. Needs some updating but clean and comfortable. Fully equipped indoors and outdoors. Paula was very helpful and good with communication. We recommend this property for a great & relaxing vacation!

Awesome Vacation Home for Families!

We have been staying at this property every year since 2014. We love it! It is perfect for big families. Plenty of rooms (and bathrooms), great beach/swimming area and a wonderful deck to sit and watch the sunsets. Paula and Jeff are great people and always attentive to our needs and communicate flawlessly. We are heading back again next year! We love it and my kids have grown up just knowing it as “The Lake House”.
