The overall stay was good. Quiet neighborhood. Close to all of the things that we wanted to do. The back fencing could of been better in the back yard

Had trouble getting in using my code on the door(s), but the response was quick and there was a key available. Love the neighborhood. It’s very walkable with my dog with several trails close by. House had everything I could need (really could use a set of drawers to unpack). Highly recommend and I’d stay here again.

This cottage is in a lovely neighborhood and has everything we needed for our stay! Kaitlyn went above and beyond with a welcoming gift and card. She was extremely responsive when we had questions and made sure we felt comfortable. We would absolutely stay again!

The studio cottage was in a good location. The place was roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The property host was quick to respond to the one issue I had the first night I was there. The only suggestion is that they have a dresser to unpack clothes since there's no closet. I'd stay again.

Wonderful Neighborhood

The property was clean and well kept. The neighborhood has so much charm. Great place to stay while enjoying Colorado Springs.

The place was lovely and perfect for a weekend stay. The neighborhood is great, and being so close to downtown is a big plus.One thing to note is that there is no closet or designated space to put your clothes, so you’ll be living out of your luggage. Also, while the kitchen is huge, there is no washer or dryer in the unit, which could be inconvenient for longer stays or if you have a clothing mishap.Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for a couple staying one or two nights if you don’t mind keeping your clothes in your suitcase. I hope these things will be improved in the future, as I would love to book it again.

Great location

Near so many things! I rented a bike while I was there and could bike to so many things. House had everything you need to cook and enjoy some down time.

Cute Place

I stayed here while I was in town working. For a studio house, this place was large in size. It had a great size kitchen with everything you need. I didn't use the outside area, but it was spacious and would be a great place to hang out. I would definitely stay here again.

Cross country road trip for family event

My husband and I have stayed at several rental properties across the western US and this is by far one of the top 2 best we have ever stayed at and will absolutely stay again. It is a beautiful home, so cozy and felt like home. Quiet and peaceful for dogs. Only wish it had higher and sturdier fence. Wonderful neighborhood and excellent hosts, anticipated our needs before we even asked. By far 5 stars.

Pj neighborhood

Nice location. Enjoyed our morning walks. Suggest an info sheet about appliances, heat/ air conditioning, etc. Could use a little landscaping in the front of the property…. But overall, great spot in a great neighborhood!

Colorado springs get away

My wife and took this small trip last minute. This house was perfect for what we needed. With one small acception. The AC wasn't the greatest and the code when we got there didn't work. At night it was ok as the outside air temp was around 68ish. The day was brutal but we didn't spend much time there as we were gone most of the day. However, communication was outstanding! Thats the only reason I couldn't give 5 stars. Other than that I would stay there again anytime! Loved this city!!
