Contemporary home located on 1.5 wooded acres 1 block from lake Michigan, just south of Saugatuck/Douglas. We are located approximately 1.5 miles north of the Fennville Exit (34) right off of Lakeshore Drive.

Full media center with 65" LCD TV, Sonos sound system and apple tv. Brand new mid century modern style furniture with plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax. We have a partially fenced in yard and fire pit as well as plenty of board and yard games to keep you busy on those days your not out exploring nearby Saugatuck/ Douglas or off to The Vineyard or Cranes orchard a few miles away.
This home has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms on the first floor (queen beds) with shared bath and master bedroom on second floor(king) with private bath and balcony. All bedrooms have new Beautyrest mattresses
Great outdoor space with 300 sq ft covered porch adjoining wrap around deck with hot tub that can accommodate 6 adults. The lot is heavily wooded allowing you great privacy.
The home is right around the corner from Lake Michigan. Walk to the end of the street to see the stunning Lake Michigan sunsets or take a walk or bike ride up Lake Shore drive. A public beach with parking is just down the road.

We have been coming to the area for several years and have always enjoyed the small town atmosphere. We looked for over a year for the perfect place to build our vacation home. We love the closeness to the beach as well as the privacy of the woods. We love the fact that you can have just as much fun staying at the house all week but if you want to go out or have a nice dinner Saugatuck is a short drive away.
