Second story boasts 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. Finished lower level boasts a large great room with daylight windows, a 3/4 bath, Queen Bed and Queen sleeper sofa as well as a blow up mattress to add 6 more sleeping possibilities. Home is surrounded by lush woods and has a fully fenced rear yard. Very private and quiet. The wraparound porch has an additional eating area for 6 and a comfortable seating area.The rear deck boasts a new hot tub and additional outdoor seating. A Two car garage for your parking needs plus a long driveway that can accommodate 4 cars. Just one block off Lake Michigan

Enjoy the local beaches or sunset walks along Lakeshore Drive. Steps to go pldown to walk along the lake are available. We are located 5 minutes from local wineries and orchards, 3 miles from Saugatuck/Douglas.

Girl’s weekend

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. Plenty of room in the basement for yoga. Close to wineries. Tucked away in the trees with a beautiful hot tub. Highly recommend this property. Will absolutely be back!!

Family Time

For the fourth year we have spent time at this house during the holidays. The house is cozy and warm feeling. The 18 year old's wanted to make sure we were going back this last time. We hope we will be able to continue in the future as college and jobs will start interfering.

NYE friends trip

We had an incredible New Year’s Eve trip with a group of friends and our two small dogs! The house exceeded our expectations – it was fantastic. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything you could possibly need, including crockpots, large stock pots, and even popsicle molds. The Wii in the basement provided a night of fun, and the hot tub was absolutely amazing! A small tip: consider bringing a few extra towels so you can have dedicated ones for the hot tub and showers while rotating through the laundry. Overall, this was a perfect spot for a memorable getaway!

Fabulous getaway

Fantastic Private Retreat!

If you are looking for a quiet place with all the amenities in the Fennville/Saugatuck/Douglas area, then look no further! The house has everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. Property was just as described. Home was spacious and clean. Short walk to a park with bluff overlooking Lake MI. Fenced in yard was perfect for dogs. Easy drive to Saugatuck, yet far enough out for plenty of privacy. Highly recommended!

Fennville gem!

This is easily the most well-appointed home we’ve rented. There is literally nothing the owners have forgotten to provide for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well-stocked, the home has several grills, yard games and supplies to use. Perhaps most appreciated is dishwasher soap, washing machine detergent, trash bags and toilet paper are provided. Also, the cleanliness was top notch. All of this created such a cozy, welcoming environment. The location is so convenient. This was our first time to the Saugatuck area and we appreciated the peaceful setting in Fennville. We avoided the busy beaches and used the beach access at Westside County Park. It was a short 2 miles away and just perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Girls Trip Weekend

Our stay was wonderful! This home was right around the corner of the lake. It was in a beautiful area. We visited several local spots as well as spent evenings in the home. The beds were clean and comfortable and had enough space for all! It was perfect for a family girls trip weekend!

Beautiful property

The house is beautiful and we loved the relatively secluded property with a fenced in yard for our dog and toddler. We felt like we were in the woods and saw several deer (including fawns!) while we were there. The house itself is very comfortable. The owners were super communicative and helpful. We were in easy driving distance to everything in Saugatuck, Douglas and Fennville. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house in a beautiful & quiet location!

This is actually the first time I have ever rented a property, as prior to a couple years ago we were owners in another part of Michigan. But, I needed a good place for a group that I was in charge of planning and am so grateful we found this place! Teri was so accommodating & responsive to my questions. We found the house to be a great pick overall. Easy check-in, clean, well-maintained and fully stocked with everything we needed. I only wish we had more time to stay and make use of all it had to offer (hot tub, fire pit, etc.) But for what we did it was great. It’s in a great location very close to the lake and wineries. I’d definitely return and recommend to others!

Beautiful home! Roomy and clean. All the amenities are perfect. We all enjoyed our stay and were so comfortable and felt at home. We are from Ohio and our daughter got married in Saugatuck. Spring getaway

We loved our stay at this Fennville home! Close to the lake (beautiful sunsets) and several cute towns, and the house was beautiful! Perfect location

The house was incredibly cozy! Perfect for the teens to hang out downstairs while the adults had the coziness of the upstairs. The property was in an incredible wooded area. Just a short ride to Saugatuck. Daily strolls in the neighborhood were very safe with lovely views of the lake. House had all the amenities to cook your own meals. Will definitely be back!

Owners are brother and sister and their spouses. We live in Omaha, Nebraska where we were raised. We love the area and wanted to buy a place that was in superb condition to share with others and to use periodically by our families.

We have vacationed in the area several times over the last few years visiting our brother. We fell in love with the area and the people. The beauty of the area, the peacefulness and the many things to do made us want to have a place we could call our own and share with others. This home's location and its unbelievably perfect condition made it an easy choice. It is surrounded by lush landscaping and forest. It is very private, very quiet and very serene. Relaxing on the wrap around porch or on one of the decks and watching the deer run by or listening to the birds chirp or the waters roll in off Lake Michigan make it the perfect retreat. The Sauguatuck/Douglas area are just moments away. We love the wonderful dining, entertainment, shopping and beaches. This is truly our little slice of Heaven!

From the moment we walked onto the property, we knew this was the home for us. The beautiful wrap around porch with comfy outdoor furniture made us not want to leave. The quality and condition of the interior with its beautiful cherry wood floors, cabinetry, lighting and 360 degree view of the woods was exactly what we were looking for. The master suite with its own bath and the two large bedrooms upstairs with their own bath as well as the finished lower level is the perfect set up for a family or for several couples wanting to get away. The kitchen is a dream to work in and you never seem seperated from the other guests. The cozy den is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or sneak in an afternoon nap. The fireplace in the living room just tops off the many features. Relaxing in the hot tub at the end of a fun day and watching the trees sway lazily with the breeze is so relaxing. This home is a 10 in our books!
