A newly renovated studio casita in Shell Beach. A beautiful space with all the modern conveniences and only steps away from the water and beautiful sunsets. Perfect for a long holiday/getaway, remote work, or traveling medical professionals.

A GREAT Central Coast location for walking, biking, surfing, hiking, shopping, dining, and wine tasting in Shell Beach, Pismo Beach, Avila, Edna Valley, Arroyo Grande, San Luis Obispo and beyond.

A classic Shell Beach Spanish style home, built in 1936, with a new casita that is the pride and joy of the owner. A perfect destination for a fun, relaxing, and/or romantic getaway to the beautiful Central Coast. Plus, The Casita is fully furnished with everything you need, so pack your bags and join us in beautiful Shell Beach!

Our previous guests have used it to relax, celebrate, regroup, work remotely, and as a temporary home during a relocation or move. It's especially well suited for traveling medical professionals who love being close to coastal and outdoor adventures in their free time.

The Casita is available for a minimum 28 day stay and up to a 4 month stay. I am always happy to answer questions, provide a physical walkthrough (when possible), and discuss your particular situation and needs.

GORGEOUS LOCATION - Fabulous Casita

This casita is perfectly situated four houses away from the ocean. It is private, quiet, spotless and comfortable. It is within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach. Plenty of parking for my vehicle and for guests. The casita has well supplied kitchen, bathroom and fresh linens. It has a nice sized balcony to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. I have loved staying at this location and would highly recommend it to anyone.
