Slope side studio unit sleeping 3

Studio unit sleeps three with a queen sleep sofa and one single bed. Fully equipped kitchen is perfect to fix a quick lunch or dinner. Also this condo is a perfect place to lay your head after a long day on the slopes. Heated outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub available. The pool building also has a community room for everyone to gather and share their stories from the slopes. Cable and WiFi ski locker available for renter. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Great accommodation

Highly recommend this lace to single travelers or a couple, ski in ski out access, hot tub, sauna, within walking distance, very quiet and peaceful stay

Good for a single occupant

It is on the mountain, but is only “ski-in” access to the difficult lift/trails so NOT beginner friendly. Extremely dated and thrown together. Silly things like watered down hand soap, only a few towels, a unusable (so uncomfortable) queen pull out couch they threw in and never even took the tag off, and other stuff like that’s makes it really not worth the price. We arrived late and couldn’t find the queen sheets as they weren’t with the other linens but stuffed in the bottom a living room drawer with no instructions to find them. The host did answer in the morning and promptly dropped off new sheets and was very accommodating. Just not worth the price by any means, this was my first time staying on mountain as opposed to nearby and I don’t believe I will again. Only rent if for specific reason and if you plan on using the twin bed

Great ski condo

The condo was perfect for our ski weekend. Having the ski lockers was a huge plus! Having the trails 50 ft from the building entrance made things very easy. The condo was exactly as advertised, it has everything you need for a quick ski weekend. If you looking for high end probably not for you, however if you looking for a place to stay that has everything you need to have a great weekend of skiing that is affordable, This is it!!!

Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location 200’ from the slope was able to ski in/out fairly easy. If lift is not running (wasn’t running day I left)then car ride required. 3rd floor so if steps could be an issue for some. Ski locker on 1st floor was convenient. Decent outside hot tub/pool. Loading/unloading next to dumpster worked well. Room was decent somewhat quiet love the balcony. Left front burner on stove broken, no dishwasher. Couch/bed is not great, luckily I brought my foam mattress. Shower was okay, hose would have helped. Internet was good. Condo/building could use some reno/upgrades. 1st time skiing SR and it didnt disappoint & the 2 newer bubble lifts are spectacular.

It was perfect for a couple using it for a ski weekend. Walkable to a couple bars too.

Worst bed ever but great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bad: the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable, to the point where my GF and I couldn't share because I had to lay sideways to get some level of comfort. The good: the location was great with ski in/out access as well as the hot tub.

Cant beat the location

Such a convenient spot. Simple ski condo - with the basics. Clean and convenient. New couch with sleeper sofa. Just wish we had ski storage.

Great Ski Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio is easy to find and is in a ski in ski out locations. The description is accurate, it is a studio for three people, good pull out couch and day bed. There are good blankets, pillows and sheets with extra blankets. The studio was nice and warm, nice rocking chairs and internet was reliable.

Not staying again!

The bed and couch were really uncomfortable. Might be time to replace! Also very isolated in the summer time! It would have been nice if there were people around.

The property had excellent access to the hill! Quick access to the chair lift. Pool and hot tub were great! We read reviews that the mattress in the sofa bed was uncomfortable so we brought an air mattress in case ( we did end up using the air mattress instead). Forgot to put the parking pass in the car one afternoon, and someone stuck a GIANT green sticker in the middle of my drivers side window. Ideal spot for 2 people! Had a great stay.

Very basic

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very basic condo, nothing is updated since it was built, sofa mattress is very old. Outlets are old, plugs don’t stay in, no extra outlets or extension cords, TV is very small. Otherwise you get what you paid for. Outdoor pool and hot tub are a very short walk from the building.

Not awful but there are better options around

This property wasn’t awful is the best thing I can say about it. We barely slept because the main bed in the unit is an awful sleeper sofa. This could easily be fixed if they provided a mattress topper. Also the walls and ceiling are so thin, I could every move and word from the unit above hours. Imagine you have finally fallen asleep on the four inch thing bag of springs they called a mattress and almost immediately the phone rings in the unit above you. Not good. It’s location, while technically ski in/ski out, was not ski in for beginner skiers. Because the only way back to the room was to take a blue trail down to the top of the trail the condo was on and my daughter only skis greens, we were stuck having to take a shuttle back to somewhere near the condo and then hiking back. The shuttles don’t service the condos. Also, if you only ski greens you have to take the shuttle to the main areas. This is not the point of a ski in/ski out. Lastly the amenities at this condo are lacking, no restaurants and the pool/jacuzzi are outside. We will not book here in the future.

Great location

Perfect slopeside location. Easy to walk down the ski hill to Shipyard or up the road to Definitive Brewery. Great ski on/off access. Kitchen is sparse, but fine for breakfast/lunch.

I also liked the units location for ease of access to the pool house and ski lockers. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for our visit.We didn’t stay the night in the condo, we have a place about 50 minutes from the mountain, so we used it as more of a ski cabana; a place to store our gear, take advantage of the parking and a private place to rest and have lunch and snacks rather than fighting crowds and traffic in the lodges, so the studio space was perfect for my son and I. I felt the price was reasonable given the location, amenities we had access to and it was vacation week.Would definitely rent this unit again.
