New Kitchen and Kayaks! Our spacious, fully equipped waterfront beach house in Humacao welcomes you to the Caribbean with the accessibility and security of the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico. Enjoy a unique experience living right on a sandy beach, where the gentle sound of waves lulls you to sleep and will also greet you in the morning as the sun rises over the ocean. You'll love the huge balcony (12 x 50ft.) overlooking the ocean for breakfast, dinner, and watch the clear night sky over the water. When you are ready for activity, take the kayaks to the nearby islet, swim on the shallow beach supervised young children, hike up to El Morillo for a killer view, then get amazing fresh seafood - its a fishing village! The house has A/C in all 4 bedrooms and is located in a quiet, 2-mile sandy beach, yet you will be 10 minutes to world class golf, casino, restaurants; 20 min. from Fajardo for day-sailing to other islands, or take a kayak trip at the Phosphorescent Bay. 15 min. to surfing beach El Cocal. 10 minutes to Humacao Nature Preserve.

Great value with an amazing view in such a beautiful town. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! The property was a wonderful place to enjoy Puerto Rico and felt well worth the price.The only small downside was communication with the host. We had a few questions along the way that went unanswered, and I would have appreciated clearer checkout instructions. Other than that, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay on this property; our family was able to enjoy the spacious house and the beach front from the balcony. The house was clean, equipped and ready when we arrived. The communication with host was great and as our flight was delayed they were gracious enough to let us do a late checkout and we are very grateful and thankful for the hospitality! The location will be in my mind for another family vacation in the future! Thank you for a great experience!

The house was just like the pictures! The view was amazing! The a/c in the bedrooms was great, the kitchen had everything we needed, they supplied beach towels, and the kids appreciated the boogie boards, kayaks and snorkel gear! We had a great family vacation! Thank you!

The beach view was excellent. We ate all of meals on the generous deck looking at the beautiful ocean view. The house was exactly as depicted in the photos. The a/c in the bedrooms worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. More tea towels and more wine glasses would have been appreciated.We would stay at this house again if we are in Puerto Rico in the future.

Great view and beach access! The house had all kinds of fun beach accessories like kayaks, snorkels and water shoes to use. Location was beautiful, views were spectacular.I took away one star for Couch and beds - they are not great; if you have back issues or are hoping to use the living room for rainy day movies, you wont be comfortable. Overall no regrets, place was great!

Great location! Right on the beach and located next to a park with miles of beach and no development. A lot of beach walking. House is very comfortable and most of our time was spent sitting on the deck staring at the ocean. Bedrooms air conditioned for good sleeping. Punta Santiago is a small town with good restaurants. Kiosko el Limon for dinner and drinks, Brisas Del Mar great food and atmosphere and La Familia for roast chicken. Also just a few miles from Naguabo with several ocean front restaurants. Good starting point for sightseeing day trips. Would definitely book here again if we go back.

Awesome vacation

The house and location were amazing, very comfortable and clean home and the views were absolutely stunning. The home owner was very professional and helpful. Would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to other people.

We enjoyed staying at the property with direct beach access, stunning views! Kayaked to Monkey island. Explored local food and places! Went to Vieques Island and El Yunque forest. Went to ToreVedre! Great place for privacy and tranquility

Amazing Staycation

This home was perfect for our family! Location was everything! The views were amazing and just what you see in the pictures! Super easy check in. Definitely will stay again! We enjoyed every moment of it.

Great location

We highly enjoyed the on the beach location and all of the activity equipment from the kayaks, snorkling gear, and other beach stuff.The property was clean and the maintenance appeared to be consistent when compared to the neighborhood properties. It is not a tourist town or area which is what we were looking for.

Amazing home

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean. We had everything we needed. Loved the location to the beach, town, and places we were visiting. It is a wonderful place to spend time enjoying Puerto Rico.

You will not regret staying here!

We stayed in this wonderful place for two weeks, and it was not long enough! The beach is wonderful, and shallow for a long ways which made it perfect for kids. The house is stunning with plenty of room! Located near the rainforest, and a few other fun outings! This is a must stay for anyone!!

Perfect beach front location for family !!!

Our family felt like we were at home in your house. The location was perfect for us to see other places on the island, and helped us decide that the beach by the house was the best beach we encountered on our trip. We are all looking forward to next spring, and spending more beautiful fun filled days on the beach.

Great view, Clean, Close to facilities, Safe

This is an excellent beach house---comfortable, breezy, and tranquil. There was plenty of room for our family, with stores and restaurants nearby. The owners were excellent and easy to contact. They made our stay smooth. You should stay in this house

Great family vacation spot

Amazing views! Loved watching the pelicans dive for fish. Very nice beach, great for beach walks and swimming. Loved the house and especially the fact that my one year old grandson could safely toddle around the porch. We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the neighborhood. House has all conveniences needed and was very clean.

Awesome Experience!

Our group of 7 had the best week at Jose's property. You cannot beat the location, it's absolutely beautiful. He was so accommodating from a very early check in to replacing a broken AC. If you are looking to stay at the Ritz, then stay at the Ritz but if you want a cozy location directly on a beautiful beach, then stay here! We cannot stop talking about our trip. Thanks so much!

Nice getaway

It was a pretty comfortable place. Had pretty much what we needed. A few little details that could have been better, like the refrigerator was not cooling enough, there were button missing on the stove. Just one TV in the whole house, was a little inconvenience because just a few were able to watch they want.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We fell in love with the house and the are during the 3 years we lived in Puerto Rico as a family of six. Slghtly off the beaten path but 10 minutes from a major highway. The views are mesmerizing and you will feel stress fall off you in layers as you sit on the balcony listening to and watching the rhythm of the gentle waves.
But that takes me 30 minutes, otherwise -we both love to go on long jogs to the south and up a hill to a WWII-era gun position that overlooks the whole area or we love to kayak to Monkey Island.

Beach is your back yard. Few other people. Will feel like you have a private beach!
The water is calm, shallow, and warm. Great for kids.
The area is an ecotourism destination! Preserves to the north and south.
The house is perfect for a large group. It is dominate by large common spaces: the porch, the open kitchen-living-dining room, and of course the beach.
Outstanding access from the highway and to any shops or grocery needs.
Walking distance to medium size supermarket, and local outdoor family-run restaurants, and outdoor bars
