Hello! We are your host, Nicole and Christian :) This is our personal vacation home. We love the springs and spend a lot of time here with friends and family. We grew up in the Gainesville/ High Springs area and we are happy to help with any recommendations you may need. Please send us a message with any questions and look forward to hosting you. ****Sleeps 9 in Main House. 3 Bedrooms- 1 King, 1 Queen, 5 Twin Bunk Room

****Queen Air mattress available for extra accommodations at no charge.

****EXTRA ADD- ON SPACE: We have a newly renovated Vintage 1973 Roliday Vacationer Camper that sleeps 3- 1 Queen + 1 Twin in the backyard for additional guest. Please note there is NO BATHROOM in the camper. Also note that this is an ADD ON of $75 per night + $50 cleaning fee. Discounts available for 3 or more nights. Enjoy super max AC for summer and electric fireplace for the winter! Super cozy and chic added space!

PETS: We love pets and they are welcome with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture please. Max 2 dogs per booking. If you need allowance for extra pets please message us for approval.
Cats are also welcome with additional refundable deposit.

***Please note this house is surround by the WOODS!! We have regular pest control and the house is cleaned weekly- however outside areas are subject to the elements so please manage your expectations when using screed porches.
We do not refund for bugs. Again, It's the woods... we do our best and....co- exist ;)

All bathrooms come with shampoo/ conditioner, body wash. hand soap- just bring your toothbrush!

Living Room and ALL Bedrooms are set up with brand-new TVs stocked with all the streaming apps ready for movie night! Kids room has a pre-loaded Super Nintendo gaming system with over 50 classic games.

The large open concept Kitchen/ Living Room/ The Dining Room is designed for entertaining with a 10-person dining table-
Plenty of seating for all!

Additional 4 person dining table in the front screened porch. ***This is an exterior area***

4 person counter seating in kitchen + 2 top bar seating.

Enjoy outdoor dining on the screened-in porch or on the deck. The exterior of the property is illuminated at night by bistro lights. The grill is primed for an evening dining al fresco under the stars. Don’t miss the outdoor fire pit in the back yard perfect for s’mores as an after-dinner treat. Also enjoy Corn Hole set and dart board in the carport!

The Springs House is surrounded by nature preserve on two sides of the property for ideal privacy and the feeling of being immersed by nature.

There are 3 security cameras monitoring the EXTERIOR of the property- while we only check these if there is a problem please respect our right to securing our property and do not cover or unplug cameras.

Being just 1 mile from the famous Ginnie Springs this is the perfect spot for the whole family to enjoy. You can rent innertubes, kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes all right down the road at the springs. Ginnie springs has 7 clear water springs which are 72 degrees all year!

This property is also a scuba diver’s dream dive house. Ginnie Spring is known as a premier underwater cave diving destination and is often called the world’s favorite freshwater dive. Come and view the crystal clear waters and natural beauty.
