One of the most peaceful places we have ever stayed. Our entire family enjoyed our visit. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. If you need a home to get away from your busy life - this is where you should go!

Great house, very friendly hosts, perfect location. We had a great time - the only thing that was unfortunate was the egg smell from the well water. :( I personally wasn’t able to shower because the smell was so strong. Others that came with us did; but if you are sensitive to strong smells, just be aware. Otherwise, great house - great trip!

Thank you for your review. I love the pictures. You captured a great photo from the upstairs balcony. Thanks for sharing. I'm sorry about your sensitivity to the water smell. We have several water filtration systems, including a water softener and use the salt that removes iron from the water. Hopefully, you did not let it ruin your time. we will look into the problem. We really enjoyed our stay at his beautiful property! The view was just amazing. It was quiet and relaxing which is exactly what we were looking for. We rarely heard anything other than cicadas and the belly flops of these huge fish we later found out were sturgeon. We fished right off the dock in the back yard which was nice even though we didn't catch anything. We did not go swimming in the river because there was a very cute and curious young alligator that showed up when we were fishing. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and stuff to cook with. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The property is on well water but we were informed of this prior to our stay so we brought water for cooking and drinking. We unfortunately had car problems but the host allowed us to stay a short period after our check out time in order for the mobile mechanic to finish fixing our rental car which was very kind of them and we appreciated it very much. This property is well worth the visit!

Property was fantastic. The dock has beautiful views of the stars at night. There is a slight sulfur smell to the water when you shower, but property more than compensates.

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The beds are super comfortable and the downstairs area is set up perfectly for making memories with your friends and family.
