Couldn't have asked for a better FL family reunion visit....perfect location and weather. Have spent my life/growing up floating down the Ichetucknee river and on the Santa Fe...Little River...Ginnie Spring..Hart Springs...list goes on... Was so nice to be able to bring our dogs and have the FL family visit. We floated down the Ichetucknee river to the house, grilled out, played in the provided kayaks, setup our own make shift pickleball court....was a blast. The river was so clear and beautiful.

looooved staying at this property for a birthday with friends and family! There was plenty of tubes, kayaks, bikes and the host was very responsive and flexible. We will definitely be back

Property was amazing, very clean, my pupster had an amzing time being able to be there with us. It was equiped for a home away from home. All amenities met and excedded expectations. Host was very accomidating and made sure everything was accessible

Spectacular property and incredible views from home. Cozy, comfy and beautiful decor.Our family had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the river , played cornhole and savored the silence!!

We absolutely loved this spot. Super serene surroundings. Excellent communication with property manager and plenty of room. Definitely will stay again.

Ichetucknee Springs just a short 10 minute drive away
Beautifully equipped with two cozy outside firepits.
Loved the close springs.

Enjoyed the location which was close to springs and restaurants. Secure and quiet location. Saw lots of deer and turkey. The host was responsive to text/emails. Please note one bathroom. There was a second located below the house but enclosed. The access to the river was wonderful. The walkway there was a little sketchy in a few places. Looks like owner is working on it. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Needs a dishwasher.

We had a great time! Loved the house, the amenities and especially the river. We were completely comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The nearby towns had restaurants and grocery stores available and the nearby springs were a lot of fun. Thank you for sharing your home! We would love to return!

The property was perfect. Close to Ichetucknee Springs and many other parks but far enough away to get incredible peace and quiet. The house was setup for the dogs well, even had toys for them! And especially setup for a great family stay. We didnt leave the river for more than a few hours a day. The water is very clear and while it is active on the weekends, the weekdays its all yours. Fishing, floating, paddle boarding, kayaking for the humans and limitless sticks for the dogs to swim for during the day, while at night start a fire with wine and smores! We've been gone for less than a week and we are planning when we can go back. Thank you again, Michael!

Just breathtaking. Being able to sit on the front porch and watch the fish jump in the River and the deer go across the yard every morning was beautiful. We took a boat down the River towards Branford and were able to visit 5 springs 2 of which aren’t accessible by land. Could only recommend this place. Great place for families

Family gathering

Great property on the Santa Fe river in close proximity to the springs. Lots of things to do and lots of gear on site for lots of fun.

Comfy and cozy.

Very nice property with downstairs shower and restroom. Beautiful view from living room down to lake. Easy check in, very polite and funny property owner and can't wait to book again next year.

High school friends annual get together.

The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed boating and swimming on the river and sitting on the dock mornings and evenings. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend renting this house.

Ginnie Springs Weekend

This is the perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided amenities, games and toys for our kids making the stay even more memorable. We loved the original cabin vintage charm of this place! The host has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Aside from some initial inconveniences caused by a recent storm, we were still able to make the best of our stay. Beautiful weekend!

For lovers of nature

Truly a very special place. Highly recommended for lovers of tranquility and nature. We also enjoy bike rides, walks, and gathering at the wonderful dock on the river to watch the sunset. Finishing off with a nice circle around the campfire. We would repeat the experience
