The house was perfect for our group. The pool was amazing for morning swims. Access to the beach was very easy and having the golf cart made it smooth and enjoyable.

Property was great!!! Just bring a good pot for cooking. They only had cooking pans, baking sheet pan and boiling pots but nothing really to cook a huge pot of spaghetti or rice and gravy. Wouldn’t hurt to bring a couple of extra kitchen towels, bc only two for usage. Other than that, the property was spacious, the pool was nice and having the other amenities such as Pickleball and basketball and the workout gym and even the community pool with hot tub was nice. We had to use the hot tub at the community pool because we were not allowed to heat our pool/ hot tub this time of year. (traveled July 18 through the 25th.) The host had great communication and response time & took care of a few little minor issues like replacing lightbulbs.

Property was described as being updated, however, after we arrived, it was lacking in many areas.. such as needs newer kitchen equipment, updated outdoor furniture, grill, beach chairs, games. If you are a light sleeper the frogs make noise all night long. However, the property manager was quick to respond with any of our issues. The golf cart and ping pong table were an added bonus.

This property for my family was incredible, it had everything we needed and more. We differentially will stay here again!!! The communication with staff was the best, they were always willing to please!!! Great stay and awesome family vacation!

For a rental costing approximately 5,000, we expected the property to be clean, well maintained, and accurately represented. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.Throughout our stay, we encountered multiple items that were broken, damaged, dirty, or simply not properly maintained. These were not minor cosmetic issues; the overall condition of the property made it feel as though it had not been properly inspected or prepared before our arrival. At this price point, guests should not have to deal with cleanliness concerns or amenities and household items that are not functioning as expected.We also experienced a significant disturbance from guests at a neighboring rental, including excessive noise late into the night that ultimately resulted in us contacting the police. While we understand that situation was not entirely within the properties control, it added to an already disappointing experience.We chose this property and paid a premium expecting a high-quality vacation rental. Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the home did not reflect the price we paid. We will not be coming back. There are plenty of other rental homes in that neighborhood that we will be looking into for our next trip to Destin.

The house was as advertised. Golf cart was handy for getting to beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at Sea of Dreams. The beach is really close, and it was nice to be able to use a golf cart to haul our chairs. We used the hot tub every day. The view is amazing! The house was very clean! The beds were comfy. The kitchen could use a few items: more than two dish towels, dish cloths (there were none), oven mitts (only one) and pot holders (none). Overall score 10/10. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Sea of Dreams was the perfect house for us over the holidays. Donna our contact person was spot on and went above and beyond. We would rent there again!

Great location

It’s a beautiful home with great amenities (pool, hot tub, ping pong table, golf cart, etc). It was very comfortable and a great location. I would give it 5 stars except for a few minor items that didn’t function properly.

Destin 2024

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful and very clean, and was big enough to accommodate our large group! The beach was close, and we really enjoyed having the golf cart and bikes. Communication was great with the owner! We would definitely stay here again for future trips to Destin!

Perfect for a family !

Perfect neighborhood for a family with older kids. Gated for bike rides, basketball courts, and overall family atmosphere. House was well equipped and the owners were very welcoming and helpful at check-in and throughout the week.

The hot tub and pool are heated together so to keep the pool in the 80's the hot tub was burning hot and not usable. The kitchen could use some basics - no salt, pepper. Text messages from service were nice but felt like all they really cared about was making sure the arm bands were all left. That didn't need repeated daily - we are adults and know the consequences of paying a fee for taking something.

Great house & location

Sea of dreams is a great house! We loved the pool & had some great ping pong battles in the garage. Drive a very short distance to the beach with the provided golf cart. Property manager was very responsive with any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here!!

Our stay at the Sea of Dreams house this week was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, the home felt bright, clean, and welcoming—exactly what you hope for in a beach rental. The layout was perfect for relaxing, and every room felt thoughtfully designed and well-maintained.The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. We especially loved the outdoor spaces—great for morning coffee, evening chats, and enjoying the Florida breeze. The location couldn’t have been better, just a quick walk to the beach and close to all the best spots in Destin.The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from start to finish. Sea of Dreams truly lived up to its name and gave us the getaway we were hoping for. We’d stay here again without hesitation!Highly recommend!

Great Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this home. The pool and views are worth the stay. Its proximity to the beach and local hangs was a plus. Great experience!

After having some bad experiences in the past, it was nice to have everything as described. House was clean and organized. Pool and amenities were great. Location was amazing with quick access to everything. We used the golf cart to get everywhere we wanted to go.
