Charming Corner Cottage located in Carmine TX within walking distance of Antique shoppes, JW's Steakhouse, & local park. 10 minutes from Round Top Antique Fair. 5 minutes from La Bahia. Close proximity to local Wineries. Busted oaks winery is the closet. Covered Parking for one car with additional parking available. Limit of 3 vehicles please. Covered front porch with outdoor lighting. Great for families! Children welcome. Sorry No Pets Allowed,
Pet boarding available at creative paws in Carmine near Round Top so you can visit your pet/pets.

Sleeps 9: 1 queen bed on main floor (master w/ bathroom suite), 1 queen bed upstairs (Bedroom 3: Gone Fishing Decor), 1 bunk bed and twin bed upstairs (Bedroom 2: Children's room), 1 sofa bed in living room (sheets in cedar chest for sofa bed).

The property was as described. Quaint house, big kitchen space, JW's across the street and a nice little grocery/convenience store with a great bakery! And Round Top is very close.It was a very plesant stay.

Girls Trip to Roundtop!

We had a great stay - very clean and lots of plush fluffy towels! Very close proximity to Roundtop - east commute to and from! We give Granny’s Cottage a thumbs up!!

We booked the house for Round Top shopping. It was perfect for our group of 50 year old friends. Great location and very clean.

Cute and comfy home

Was a great place to stay with close proximity to Round Top! The home is comfortably furnished and clean. The Emergency Heat came on every day during our three night stay but we were able to catch it when we returned early evening and cooled down before bed time.

We enjoyed our stay over a long weekend for the Round Top antiques market. The location was fantastic - very convenient to Round Top and walkable to a cute coffee shop, antique stores, a convenience store and a steakhouse. The house was clean and well-stocked. Parking was easy and the covered spot was appreciated in the hot sun. We would def. stay here again.

So pleased with our stay!

This was our first time shopping at Round Top, and we couldn’t have chosen better accommodations. The cottage was cute, well appointed, and extremely clean. You are only a few minutes from prime shopping, so you can get there quickly, but feel like you are removed from the chaos when you are ready to relax. There are great restaurants close by. We will definitely look to rebook if we return!

Mother’s Get Away

I took my mom and her best friend to the antique festival for their birthdays and this was perfect!!! The house so adorable and homey. Granny’s Cottage definitely reminded me of my granny’s house and put a smile on our faces every time we saw something new with the decor! The country style home is gorgeous and inviting. We will definitely be back for another show and will stay here again!

This place is very cute, had everything you would ever need. It was clean and very comfortable. The host was great and always quick to respond. We liked the convenience to the festive and convenient store across the street. Lots of little spots to shop on the way to antique row. The only thing that is a negative was the loud traffic from the trucks on the highway at night.

Local Granny Belinda enjoys being a host to share her little corner cottage with others as each family comes to make precious lasting memories. The cottage is decorated as weekend at Granny's. Carmine is a small peaceful and relaxing town, Truly a great place to bring the grand kids for a weekend to Eat, Shop, & Stay. You will find many antique dealers here as well as in Round Top, TX. Maybe you will find a special piece or treasure to take home and remember your cherished memories.

Belinda enjoys retirement while hosting VRBO (Vacation Rental By Owner), Please remember this is Belinda's home. Her daughter Stephanie is the property manager and is a few houses away should you have an emergency. If you need anything please let us know.
