Welcome to Cozy Quarters — your peaceful, private retreat in the heart of historic downtown Tuolumne, CA. This charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite is attached to a private home (with a separate entrance and parking) and designed for relaxation, wellness, and connection to nature.
Enjoy a private outdoor space complete with colorful flowers, a BBQ, table and chairs with umbrella, and a cozy inflatable hot tub under a pergola with a translucent roof for sun-soaked soaks. Lounge on the porch swing or unwind with a morning coffee in one of the plush robes provided.
Inside, you’ll find:
A queen bed with soft linens
A desk + chair for remote work or journaling
A large closet with barn door for clothing and storage
A mini coffee and snack station with Keurig, mini-fridge, coffee pods, and water bottles
A spacious private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet
Keyless entry, Google smart device, universal phone charger, and mini-split for AC/heat
Your host lives quietly in the main part of the home and respects your privacy, while being nearby if you need anything.

I live in the main part of the house and I'm just four blocks away from my daughter and her family—this neighborhood means a lot to us.
