NEWLY RENOVATED Houseboat Located in Venice Marina (B Dock)

Newly renovated, family-owned houseboat located in Venice, LA at the Venice Marina. We are local to the area and have spent the last 30+ years fishing in this area and are excited to provide quality lodging to fishermen and hunters alike. Our houseboat is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, 500 lb ice machine, fish cleaning station, TV, Wi-Fi, and more. Our back dock is perfect for grabbing a beverage and enjoying the sights and sounds of the Venice Marina. Inshore fishing, offshore fishing, and duck hunting guides can pick you up from the back porch or you can dock your own boat. We are happy to recommend several inshore/offshore charter companies - just let us know and we'll be happy to send you their contact information!

The Boat worked great for our group! Surprisingly spacious and a great place to hang out. Perfect jumping off place for fishing adventure!The bunks were a little creaky.

It was a beautiful houseboat. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was right on the water where our charter could pick us up right from the houseboat. Definitely will be returning in the future!

Great spot for fishing folks

Awesome back deck, you can fish right off the back. Bring extra toilet paper. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on outside hose. Plenty of room, big kitchen.

Fantastic!!!

Pictures are a very accurate depiction of the facilities. Very clean, well maintained, well appointed houseboat. There were seven of us and we never felt crowded. Three recliners were fantastic! Ice machine was a huge bonus for fishing. Had everything you needed for a perfect stay! Very highly recommend this houseboat!

Nice but!

The owner was very nice but communications was very difficult. The houseboat was really nice but the small things inside really brought down my ability to say it was great. No toaster, oven doesn’t work properly, things like that. The beds were ok, the kitchen, beside the stove, was good to cook in. The: Shower is awesome, the location for fishing was incredible, if some of the small items that make a good place to stay a great one I certainly would raise my rating.

The accommodations were perfect! It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful. We had a successful fishing weekend, as well. Highly recommend this property!!

the inside is nice , but the cooking and drink wear is very poor. the skillets need to be done away with, some had rust covering them and not usable. Didn't see any cookie sheets for food prep. If you drink coffee you better bring your own coffee cups , only one real coffee cup and two tea cups. You are giving one towel and one wash cloth which is left on each bed . The TV didn't work and there were three 55 gal drums filled with something on deck where it was hard to get around and tie your boat up, right in the way. If you have anything bigger than a small bay boat you probably need to book another house boat it is very hard to park at.

This property is located in a prime spot in the Venice Marina and has been completely renovated and decorated by outdoorsman for outdoorsman. We like to stay in nice places when we travel so we want to make sure this is one of the nicest (if not the nicest) rentals in Venice.

Not many houseboats in Venice Marina have Wi-Fi, but this one does as we understand that while you might be here for pleasure, the grind doesn’t always stop. There is also a wine cooler for those of us who enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening after a long day of fishing or hunting.
