This is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath unit on the front row in Venice Marina. Come down and get away in the fishing capital of the world.

We have a refrigerator, washer/dryer, an ice machine (900lbs bin 680 lbs a day), Youtube TV, and High-speed WiFi (Starlink) available to you. We also have a catch/kill freezer on the boat. You can hard freeze your catch before you go home.

There are 10 twin beds in the camp. The front deck is huge (36ft x 24ft) with a 6ft fish cleaning area, BBQ pit, hoses to wash your boat and catch, and more.

Clean house easy to get to. Docking for 2 boats easily. Chris let us check in early which was a big help. Very responsive and super nice.

Chris was an awesome host who reached out immediately and made us feel welcome. The house boat is in a great location with easy docking for larger boats. We stay here every time we come to Venice.

Very clean updated accommodations. Could sleep 10 no problem. Has everything you need to cook and is located right in the action with the ability to pull your boat to the front door.Chris goes above and beyond your normal host. I’m coming back and highly recommend booking this place if your coming to Venice and want excellent accommodations and amenities.

Venice stay

Great stay and Chris is a great host. I never had a host call and check in and be like a person I have always known. Great location. Short walk to marina and very convenient for docking your boat to every night.

Had a great stay we had everything an more then what would need there to enjoy our stay

If you want a condo you were not going to lay on the beach this is a fishing community an that is what we came for an we knew from the get to go thats what we were there for. An i had a great time thanks

Perfect place to stay and fish!! Very comfortable!! Easy access to the marina! Clean and well stocked! Pleasantly surprised by all the extras in the houseboat!! Would 10/10 stay again!!

Everything is very nice. Beds were good, place is clean, everything was as advertised. Only comment I have is this is a fishing camp and we pay good money for good places to stay when we come down. Our one main thing is having an ice machine big enough to provide ice. That is my only recommendation. The ice machine existing is fine to keep ice chests with some ice but not be able to put ice in fish box on the boats. That is a big deal to us and I’m sure to a lot of fishermen that rent the place.

We had a little issue with diesel that leaked on the deck. Wasn’t much we could do about it during our short stay. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

Plenty of hot water

Was nervous about 6 ppl staying in a one bedroom. Came in from a cold day on the river and was relived that we didnt run out of hot water.

This was a great option for a medium sized group. We had 6 people and it was spacious and laid out well enough to make everyone feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. I highly recommend this houseboat for a great trip!
