You will love it because of the ambiance and thought we took in making this space for you to enjoy. Gorgeous, newly renovated with all new furnishings, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

Place was exactly what we needed. Great location near trolley line and or an easy walk back.

Was easy to communicate with the property manager and they were willing to work with our early arrival. Great spot for a group to have a home base as everyone explores the city. Would stay here again on future trips.

Great Spot!

We enjoyed our stay, it was super close to the trolly line so we parked and didn't move our vehicles for four days, which is a wonderful thing with all the New Orleans traffic.

Easy access to public transportation so no worry about parking in busy areas of New Orleans. Once we arrived we did not drive. House was nice, clean. Arrival and check in/check out was easy.

Loved the property

Host was responsive and very accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and location had easy access to downtown via Uber. Area felt very safe.

This was an absolutely lovely experience!! The property met our every need - COMPLETELY ‘as advertised’ in the listing!! Clean, very comfortable rooms and well-appointed!! We did not have a vehicle, but the location was excellent and it was easy to get a rideshare!! I felt completely safe, as the property is located near a government building with a lot of activity. Monique, the property manager was SO responsive and SO helpful - we could not have asked for more!! The icing on the cake was a brand new Trader Joe’s within walking distance AND a delicious restaurant as well. I would definitely rent this property again and recommend to others! Thank you!!

Weekend game getaway!

Property was perfect location for a quick walk to the rail car to get anywhere we wanted to go for the weekend. The property had everything we needed for the weekend! It was an easy short walk to a convenient mart to get drinks and snacks as well. Monique was easy to work with in us arriving early. Floors could use a little deep cleaning, but overall a great place to stay for location, price, and to have all of us together!

Mid-City Luxury in Naw'Lins!

There was 6 of us that stayed at this house. We all loved it. Clean, didn't worry about the cars being parked on the street, quiet & our host responded very quickly to every question we asked. It was within walking distance of everything. We parked our cars when we got there & never got in them again until we went home!!

Essence Stay

The area was okay. Location from main attractions was okay, average. I was not completely satisfied with the stay but the host was nice and handled some of my additional needs for towels etc. Overall it was okay.

Now I understand what's going on. You didn't like the location you selected for your stay. We are so close to places that tourist love to visit (steps away from Tulane Ave and maybe 2 blocks from Canal St). I had an opportunity to speak with your family and they were so nice. I tried my best (but if you wanted to stay elsewhere, it wouldn't have mattered, I understand). Everything you asked of me (including opening the door at 1am for you), I did. Even when you said the door was working, I still came and changed the batteries, bought new towels and put the supplies on the counter so you could use them. I tried.....

We stayed during Essence Festival. This house was able to accommodate 7 adults comfortably! We didn’t realize we need an early check in for one of our guests but Ms. Monique made it happen with no problem! She was so nice and quickly answered all of my questions without hesitation. I have been to New Orleans many times but never got to use the street car and it was just our luck it was literally up the street! We never moved our car until it was time to go! Great locationgreat hostgood time!!!

Very responsive, convenient location.

Monique the property manager was so easy to work with, and responded quickly. There were a few issues, and she fixed them fast. She even had a new couch delivered since the one that was there fell to the floor when sat on. The only thing is the floors. They are laminate and broken in many places. Before you rent it, make sure you are ok with that, and hopefully those will get fixed. It was close to the trolley and Whole Foods isn't far. Would stay again.

The home was not ready for guest.Their were wasp & yellow jackets nest all over the porch ceiling. Walking in the rugs and floor were dirty. The blinds were broken and no curtains on any of the windows. A chair was broken at the kitchen table. The shower curtain was installed incorrectly didnt go over the tub. The faucet over front bathroom tub was broken. The back bathroom toilet tank chain was broken. The back bedroom windows didnt lock. I think the only thing that was done before our arrival was the yard was mowed. And the backyard picture in the ad wasn't the backyard oasis advertised. It was a roof that kept us dry from the rain. We stayed b/c my Aunties said they can rough it and didnt feel like loading the truck back up. Im not sure how NOLA regulate their STR but this place should not have been rented out. It was a safety hazard.

When we communicated about the outside (which I explained the guys had just came the morning prior). We would have caught it but it was raining that afternoon and we rushed inside. The guys usually come back quickly but It was 4th of July and Essence weekend so unfortunately, they got back to me as soon as they could. I was there when housekeeping took care of house the day before. The foot rest was not broken (because I dusting under the table and would have seen that myself). We cleaned the bathrooms and they were fine however if someone yanked on the handle, it would break off. Same with the chains. The plumber confirmed it. I'm confused why were you looking for curtains? None of our photos a show them. But I have a question, housekeeping advised me when your group left, all the sheets over the windows with knives so now we are having to fix the holes in the walls? I didn't see that part in your review. Im wondering if you are confusing our property with another one because we do not offer a backyard. There are no mention of the backyard on the listing or an Oasis. This happens when the booking person wants to stay elsewhere but the group wants with us, we have to defend things that are untrue. So just to recap, maintenance has taken care of the outside, replaced the blinds. The things that occurred during your visit, we took care of. Even though you had already sent me a message, Im glad I could reply back publicly. All is well.

Very cute property! The property was clean and it was spacious. Good location to everything! When we return we shall see if it’s available!

Nice house in good neighborhood, close to attractions

This house was perfect for us to explore New Orleans. It was off the beaten path, but not far. Easy to Uber and get around. Had so much fun!!

Excellent place to stay in Nola

Updated and clean place to stay. Conveniently located and very close to the hottest places in Nola. We would stay again in this place on our next trip.
