Louisville Gem

Beautiful modern home with everything you'd need. Nice deck and outdoor sitting area plus a firepit in the back. Home was sparkling clean and is meticulously maintained. Owners are wonderful to work with and prompt to respond to questions or concerns. Several local restaurants with good food and a variety of craft beer. This rental is top notch!!

Great newly renovated house in Germantown!

Newly renovated house with plenty of space, fenced in yard which was great for dogs. All the appliances look brand new, and everything you could need in a kitchen was available to us. Check in process was very easy and owners were rapidly responsive to questions. Only downside was master bedroom door was a sliding door so there was no noise insulation from the rest of the house. But otherwise was perfect for our family and we will likely rebook the next time we come to Louisville!

Bourbon Trail Getaway

Great house! Clean, well equipped, conveniently located to several distilleries, and our fur babies were able to join us. We had a perfect weekend and we loved our time around the fire pit.

Germantown Stay

The home was very modern and updated. The neighborhood was safe and nice. We enjoyed the outdoor space and BBQ grill. It was a great stay!

Fantastic Central Location

We had 3 adults and this place gave us plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen and bathrooms were great and well-stocked. And the fenced yard was so wobderful for our dogs to run around and stretch their legs. The host was so accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here;)

Really nice stay for us and the pups!

We (myself, my wife and our 2 dogs) stayed here for my birthday and had a great time! Super clean house that's very conveniently located and a really nice fenced in backyard for our dogs. Neighbors are close but very friendly and quiet. If you're looking for a more modren theme in Louisville we'd recommend checking out Rabbit Hole Distillery for a bourbon tour/tasting and Guac Amole for the most amazing Mexican food! We'd definitely stay here again!

Great property!!!

Daniels property was amazing! The outdoor and indoor space was great. Fenced in backyard was great. Especially with us having our dog. Once we arrived we never had to get on the expressway. Everything was a short drive. Driving through the neighborhoods was much better than having to take the expressway everywhere. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Daniel!

Cute place, great location.

Pulled up to this home, it was very welcoming. Easy to get to with lots of small restaurants and coffee shops reasonably close. The space was great for our small family and the hosts provided anything you could want in a rental. Would recommend and would use again when we visit Louisville.

Visiting friends’ home-away-from-home for the weekend

A few lifelong friends convened in Louisville for the weekend for a wedding. This was the perfect place for us each to have space and privacy along with great communal areas (indoor and outdoor) for early morning coffee and late night wine! Loved our stay and would stay again - and recommend to others!

Great Place for The Oaks + Derby Weekend

Friends and I stayed at Daniel's place for The Oaks + Derby Weekend and the house was perfect! Short ride to Churchill Downs, clean house, quiet street, plenty of space to park in the driveway and speedy communication with host. Will look to book again the next time we are planning to be in town!

Quick trip

This was the perfect house for a quick trip to Louisville for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. The host was quick to respond to the few questions we had, and the house was very clean and looked as pictured!

Family Spring Break Vacation

When traveling with little ones, you really want a place to settle into, like a home away from home. This property delivered! It was clean, had everything we needed and the location was great! Driving to the city sights and activities only took a max of 10 minutes from our location. We enjoyed the quietness at night since we had our baby and two tired big brothers sleeping in the other two rooms. I had a couple questions when we initially arrived and Daniel responded promptly. We couldn’t ask for a better rental for our trip! Thank you!

Excellent stay

I had a wonderful day here. I had everything I needed, and I was very pleased to open the freezer and find hot pockets as well as a little snack. It was just as beautiful as the pictures appeared, private, and comfortable. I was a little bit worried because one of the reviews had said that the beds were not comfortable, however I slept in two of the bedrooms. The mattresses were firm which is exactly what I like and need. They were loads of extra pillows, and it was everything that I hoped for in a vacation rental. The listing was very accurate.

Perfect Home Base for Louisville Trip

We stayed here for a weekend event and found it to be the perfect option for our family. Wonderful property with all the amenities and features we needed. So much preferred to a crapmed hotel room. Really appreciated the cleanliness and modern updates. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful property

Great property, super clean, master shower amazing, nice outdoor area, stocked with everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding so location was perfect! Property manager easy to contact and had no issues with the home. Would definitely rent again.

Work Trip to Louisville

3 of us from our company attended an expo in Louisville this past week, and this house was perfect for our stay. It is really clean, whoever does the cleaning is very attentive to all the nooks and crannies. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood, and is conveniently close to the convention center in downtown. The kitchen is stocked fully with pots and pans. And if you are doing your own cooking, Krogers is a 5 min drive.

After having experience with another VRBO we felt certain that guests would love this place. We feel like the modern construction, vaulted ceilings, marble bathrooms and furnishings make this house a great experience.

This Modern house is in Germantown and is located between Downtown Louisville and the Highlands. Located about 5 minutes from the popular Goss Avenue, Barret Avenue and the iconic Bardstown Road gives our guests a prime location.
