This was a perfect rental for our purposes. My husband and I, along with a friend visiting from Europe, were in town for several days to celebrate a high school commemoration. The house is well-equipped and clean, in a pretty, if not fancy, corner of Louisville. The host was easy to reach and helpful. An excellent stay.

I would recommend this house 100%!! The way it is decorated made it feel like home, so comfortable and relaxing!!!! It was very clean and organized! We especially enjoyed all of the little extras to make our stay more enjoyable! The beds were extremely comfortable, we all slept very well!!!! We will definitely look into staying here again on our next visit to Louisville!

Beautiful home - we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, but had great restaurants. Close to downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a great location close to downtown, which made exploring the area so easy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. A thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the snacks and drinks available upon arrival—such a welcoming gesture. Overall, this place was an excellent value and made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Fun and cozy home in great location to area attractions!

We had a great stay at this lovely, well maintained, clean and artsy home! Well stocked with all the essentials, welcome basket upon arrival of snacks, great coffee and comfortable beds. Communication with owner was stellar.

The house was great. Communication not so much. When contacting owner through the app the responses were pretty much nonexistent. Check in, the key wasn’t where it was supposed to be, leaving one of my friends standing out in the heat waiting for a response. Once we could actually text him on a phone it was fine. Unfortunately, he had had a family emergency so for sure that was understandable. That being said the previous non communication and no checkout instructions, we had to ask for them, was the reason for a 3 on communication. Overall, I would give a second chance because I know life happens. Thanks James.
