Large 4 bedroom, 3.5 home located in Howell, MI. The house is within a couple of minutes of downtown Howell and within 40 minutes of Ann Arbor and Lansing. The home has been recently remodeled and is located in a family friendly neighborhood right across the street from a community park. This is perfect for traveling families or families in between homes. If you are an outdoor person, the Portage chain of lakes is only 20 minutes away

Magical Family Gathering

This was the perfect house for a family gathering. We had four adults and three children, ages 3, 7, and 11. We invited their cousins who live in Howell for dinner and a Christmas gathering —one child, age 5, and twins, age 7. They had lots of room to play and connect. The house was comfortable and spacious. Bill was invaluable and accessible. We will book this home again when we return to see the family.

Nice and Cozy

Clean, comfortable, and cozy, PLENTY of room. Nice finished spacious lower level, like its own separate suite with a bedroom, full bath, and living room with plenty of seating and a large TV. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals as well as a nice gas grill on the deck. Full size washer and dryer was a convenient perk. I travel a lot for work and rent a lot of VRBO properties, this one is in the top 5.

Wedding weekend

Great house, great location. Our family was gathered for a wedding. We were 4 adult couples and the house was a perfect fit for us.

Great floorplan

Awesome layout for families. There were only 4 people in our group, but a group twice that size would have been totally comfortable in this spacious, well laid out, and well maintained home.

Family Holiday Gathering

We rented the home in Howell to be close to family and friends over the holidays. We had plenty of space and the home was beautifully decorated. The home is located in a large family friendly neighborhood. We will rent the home again in the future.

Pictures not adequate

Too many steep stairs for seniors. Not disclosed in pictures or when we told them we were seniors and asked about stairs. Problems with TV's, Problem regulating the A/C & Heat Unit, Ice-maker was not working and the refrigerator was leaking water on the kitchen floor, hot water was turned off in kitchen, no toaster (owner did bring one over), Oven was very very dirty with burned residue in it and it stunk. The house was very nice except for all the problems that needed to be resolved. Dryer took more than an hour to dry one load. No kitchen towels (owner did bring some over).

Wasn’t as close to my family we were visiting because it was hard to figure out the location between my family and a vrbo. Didn’t spend much time there since we were with family for a funeral. Rugs in the house smelled like urine, owner was notified. Cleaning staff should have noticed this and reported it. There were cobwebs in one bedroom behind the nightstand which I cleaned. Washing machine needs a good cleaning or replaced. Garbage in the garage from previous renters smelled. More time should be spent cleaning this location.

Family Michigan Trip

This home was perfect for our family of 10 to stay! We enjoyed the area so much we stayed an extra night! Communication with the owner was wonderful. Howell is a great little town with so much to offer, not to mention, a short drive from lots of good Michigan “must do’s”! We will definitely be back!

Perfect

We booked this house for 6 adults, 1 infant and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for all of us comfortably. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with sidewalks, a community pool and playground. The home is nicely decorated and had most everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Wi-Fi was a little iffy on the top floor but worked great in the rest of the house. William was easy to communicate with, he responded promptly and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Friends Training Weekend

The property is located in a nice neighborhood with access to a community pool. The house was very clean and had plenty of bath towels. The space allowed us to spread out and never felt crowded. There were kitchen basics and a few staple items in the refrigerator. The trash and recycle bonds were full when we arrived but we did some rearranging and were able to fit our trash inside. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. It is a great place to stay if you have a couple different families. The location was perfect for our needs. The local bike trail was amazing.

Was very nice home. But just side note the garbage bins were completely full in garage .No tissues or pape towels in house. But minor issues the house wast great!!

Beautiful area

We had plenty of space for our 6 adults and 4 kids, short walking distance to parks. Would highly recommend and would be happy to stay again

Home Away from Home

Very comfortable home. Nicely furnished and decorated. Sleeping quarters were more than adequate for our family of ten and everyone slept well. Kitchen was well furnished with dishes and cookware. Owner sent adequate information prior to our arrive and made himself available for any questions, or concerns. We would stay at this home again.

Felt like home

Had a great stay with my son and pets. Felt like home. Stayed for a month while my house was being renovated. Lots of space. Comfortable furniture. Great place to work from home.

Beautiful Home

Would definitely recommend this property. Both managers were quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood was dog and family-friendly. The home itself was spacious and has a great deck!
