Great family vacation on beautiful white sand beaches

Beautiful home right on the white sand beach. Very well equipped for cooking for a large group. Plenty of room for a big family.

Thank you for your nice review. We closed our calendar so we could make the King Bedroom and Queen Bedroom ensuites instead of sharing the Jack & Jill. I think this will nicer for our guest. We are also replacing a slider that had a small leak. Please think of us again when you vacation at the Cape. Mary Ann

A lovely home on nice section of beach. The new pool was phenomenal and was perfect after a day on the beach. This was an excellent set up for seven adults and four small children. The interior photos do not do the home justice. It could be in Southern Living magazine. Porch and deck space were awesome. Exterior photos are dated and there are now houses close by, but still plenty of privacy. Mary Ann answered all my questions promptly and went above and beyond. We will be back!

Relaxing week at CSB

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and on a nice quiet stretch of beach. We have been coming to CSB for 25 years and everyone said this was the best one so far. We especially loved the porches- sun porch, shade porch screened porch. And the kitchen is amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

Firtst trip to area

there were some area in home that still had sand on floor when we arrived loved the house the wood walk way was in need of some repair would stay there again.

Charming "Old Florida" Experience

The house and beaches exceeded our expectations! Plenty of room for everyone in our group. The uncrowded beaches and town during our Easter trip made it so much more enjoyable. Although the water was a bit cool for swimming, the sunning deck, beach and screened-in-porch were perfect for the weather that time of year. Our host was excellent with communicating with us before and during our stay. We can't wait to go back!

The house was perfect for our family vacation

This is always my favorite week of the year when my wife and I get our 4 sons and their families together each summer. This house on Cape San Blas was perfect in every way. Five big bedrooms, a huge den and dinning area. Great kitchen. Huge decks. and private walkway to the practically private beach. Nothing negative to say.

Beautiful house - fabulous location

We spent a week at Sand Castle with several adults and teenagers. The house is beautiful. I can imagine that maintaining a place that big that sees that many visitors must be a challenge but Steve and Mary Ann Conroy definitely have it under control. We had one minor issue while we were there and they were very responsive to our concern. I would absolutely go back to this property. Beautiful, comfortable house with fabulous beach access and beach views. Highly recommend.

Month at the Beach

Sand Castle was a great stay. Our family of 10 could relax together on one of the 2 large and well-furnished decks or have separation when desired. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed from pots and pans to utensils and small appliances. Its size is great for a large group. The bedrooms and baths are as described. The beds are very comfortable. Even with the surrounding houses occupied, the beach area is so expansive we could image we were alone. We rented umbrellas and chairs and they were set up each morning and the guys returned to pick them up in the evening. This a great house to spend a month at the beach in but unfortunately we only had a week. Maybe next year!

Family Vacation

This is our second stay here. This time for two weeks. Location is delightful. Home is well appointed and spacious. It is nice having two large decks and a screened in porch to sit while enjoying the unobstructed view of Gulf and the night stars! Although the area has seen an increase in building of new homes we still had a sense of “privacy”…. It is a challenge to maintain a busy rental property that sits directly on beachfront and the Conroys are doing a good job! Spacious new fridge and freezer plus ice maker are an excellent new addition since last visit. We had a simple maintenance issue that was quickly and easily resolved! Our vacation was delightful, thank you for sharing your lovely home and we will be back next year!

One of the best

We loved everything about our stay at Mary Ann's property. The house is beautiful inside and out. Communication with Mary Ann was great the entire time. The private boardwalk to the beach was great. The views from the balcony were top notch. We enjoyed many meals on the screened in porch. The kitchen was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, we actually slept in for the first time in 6 months. We all enjoyed checking out the architecture inside the home. Mom would just walk around the rooms admiring the light fixtures, crown molding etc. We collected beautiful shells from the beach. The house was so nice that we were completely content with our vacation even with a red flag all week for the water. We were able to enjoy the view of the ocean, sunrise, sunset and so many dolphins from the comfort of the patio. Mary Ann's home will be our first pick from now on when visiting Cape San Blas.

We had a wonderful time! The kitchen is well stocked, the views from the kitchen/living area are amazing. The pool and covered area was a perfect place to spend watching the sunset in the evenings.

This was the most amazing vacation we’ve had in a long time! The house was absolutely perfect for our family and the outdoor space was wonderful for enjoying our early morning coffee and watching the sunsets each night. We cannot say enough positives about this fabulous property! We hope to rent again soon!

Perfect Week

Thank you, Steve and Mary Ann, for sharing your wonderful home. My family and I just spent the most perfect week at Cape San Blas. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, well-stocked, and close to the beach and community pool! From watching the dolphins playing in the crystal clear waves to seeing the colorful and gorgeous sunsets and shooting stars, the upper and lower decks were where we started and ended our days. The time in between was spent on the beach and at the pool playing, collecting shells, reading, and napping. We are going to miss seeing that view in the morning!

Sandcastle was perfect

We had family from different parts of the country make the trip for the week and everyone had ample space and comfort. The owners were quick to respond to any inquiry we had while on the property.

Fairytale Getaway at The Sand Castle

Our party consisted of eight adults and a child. We were able to move and flow without being on top of one another through the day, but gracious space for us all to be together around dinner time. We have a couple frugal gourmets in the family and they fell in love with the perfectly stocked kitchen. The private beach access elevated the experience. It was fun to have a boardwalk over the dune – don’t forget to stop and enjoy the nature that is undisturbed by we humans. Breakfast is so nice with a view of the beach and the deck is perfect for sunsets and stargazing. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfection

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Cape. This beautiful home was very clean and well taken care of. This is our third time staying here. The hosts are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this house. We can’t wait to go back!

Family vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed the property. Great location with plenty of beach to play volleyball and other beach games on. House was very well appointed with plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. Had a small plumbing issue that was addressed immediately. Great all around communication.

Best sunsets ever

Great location and very nicely furnished home with private beach access. Awesome kitchen with more than ample cookware and serving pieces. Great communication with property manager- will definitely return!

Great location!

The property was in the perfect location in cape San blas. The house is spacious with plenty of places to hang out. We especially loved the deck and screened in porch. The house has comfortable beds, was clean and has everything you could need. We would stay here again for sure!
