Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location. In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier.

Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. Ryckman park is a short walk with a playground, basketball and tennis courts. They also hold local community events there.

PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. This 1st floor unit is in our duplex building.

All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Cozy time

It was relaxing despite the poor weather. Enjoyed being so close to everything including a short walk to the beach. A small but cozy & darling place.

Could be better for the cost

The location is the best thing about this rental. The bathroom is located off the bedroom which is awkward for a 3rd guest on the sleep sofa. The towels, pillow, sheets and furniture (inside and out) could use updating.

Amazing Location

Although there are a bunch of things to do if you want to venture out, the best thing about this place is that you don’t even have to leave the street for your entire stay! The house was fully stocked with necessities and anything else you might need or want can be picked up across the street, and if you take a 2 minute walk, you will be on the beach!

A Very Pleasant Stay

Property was clean and quiet. The beach and other essentials are a brief walk from the property. Property owner is friendly. Overall all, it was a very pleasant stay and I will consider the property again in the future.

Great location for vacation

Nice property close to the beach - only 2 blocks away. Plenty of stores right across the street including restaurants, pizza, ice cream, groceries, breakfast cafe.

Nice place

A lot of conveniences and the beach all within walking distance. One of the nicer VRBOs that we have rented. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and love that we could walk to the beach. Great location for walking to restaurants and to the river. Melbourne Beach is just a wonderful town with kind people.

Clean Comfy Rental with an Unbeatable Location

The property is clean, king size bed is very comfy and the location cannot be beat. Directly across from the MB Market (best coffee!) And a block to the beach. Very nice beach chair and umbrella for use. Short walk to the MB Pier to watch the sunset. Awesome stay, thank you!

Nicely refurbished mid century unit, just blocks from the beach and near restaurants. Two suggestions: thorough cleaning of tile floors and Wi-Fi booster for living and dining area of unit 1.

Great place and location!

Stayed here for a few nights with my nieces and loved how convenient the location was to the beach, restaurants and grocery store - could walk to all of them! The unit itself was clean and everything needed was provided for. The bedroom got a bit warm at night because the AC unit is in the living room, but with the ceiling fan it wasn't too, too bad.

Great Beach Getaway Location

My wife and I enjoyed three nights with no problems. The location was wonderful, with lots of resources nearby for dining and recreation. We especially enjoyed the Market across the street. The fenced yard does have an open end, so be aware if you have brought your pet and want to let them out in the back. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning system was great. Thanks for a great stay!

Quality Beach Cottage

We were pleasantly surprised to find the beach cottage was "as described" in the summary of the property. The kitchen supplies were ample, the unit was clean and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Being able to walk to the high quality market/deli, restaurants and the beach within a few minutes was so convenient. Would recommend highly!

Great property

Location and property was perfect for our family of 3 and the property was cleaner than the Hilton we stayed in previously. There was a slight cigarette smoke smell inside (I’m very sensitive to it) due to (I believe) the neighbors smoking outside. However, we will be booking again and are already planning our next stay!

Apartment Near Everything

My husband and I stayed for a week in this downtown Melbourne apartment. We were handling some personal business and the location, layout of the property, and ease of checking in and out were a life saver. Being all on one level was great for our dog. We walked to several restaurants and the grocery store. The managers accommodated a few logistical situations for us that made our stay worry free. We highly recommend a stay here!

Location Location Location

This apartment is perfect. You literally would not need to go anywhere else. One block from the beach, a short walk from the pier, a grocery store across the street, and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well appointed and every detail is thought out. It was my birthday and there were even candles in the apartment!! I travel a lot and this is one of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in. We will be regulars.

Amazing proximity to beach!

This property is a set of four small units situated directly on A1A. We stayed in unit 1 which is closest to the road. Pros: Gorgeous apartment, beautifully decoratedClean fresh towelsGreat walk in showerFull kitchen with all utensils and dishesLaundry facilities available on siteDirectly across the street from a grocery store that has almost everything you need Directly across the street from restaurants and a delicious pizza place A short block and a half walk directly to the beach A clean spacious beautiful beach with very few peopleA very comfortable king-sized bed One TV in the bedroom and one in the living room Cons: The moment we walked into our unit we were hit with a very heavy smell of mold and mildew. I was very sensitive to this odor. We kept the windows open all day and all night just to be able to tolerate it. Being directly next to a busy road It was hard to sleep with traffic noises all night. Even the inside of the dresser drawers smelled like mold so I kept my clothes in suitcases. We met the cleaning lady and she was fantastic/accommodating. She mentioned that they have had hurricanes that could be causing dampness. Even the lampshades had mold spots. I spoke with the family in unit 2 and they did not have that smell. We would absolutely love to visit this property again but not in unit 1 because of the odor. amazing and we would lovto stay
