In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier.
Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. Ryckman park is a short walk with a playground, basketball and tennis courts. They also hold local community events there.
PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. This 1st floor unit is in our duplex building.

We really enjoyed our stay here; there are restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. The only problem we had was that you could not close the bedroom door if someone wanted to go to bed earlier or sleep later than the other. It would get hot pretty quickly, this would not be a problem when the nights are cooler.

We enjoyed our stay and love that we could walk to the beach. Great location for walking to restaurants and to the river. Melbourne Beach is just a wonderful town with kind people.

Is an awesome place , very comfortable, big beds, very clean and have everything you need. Fast WiFi, perfect parking and the location is amazing they have restaurants, market places, coffee shop next door and just walking minutes to the beach. Is a perfect place to be

Great location for vacation
Nice property close to the beach - only 2 blocks away. Plenty of stores right across the street including restaurants, pizza, ice cream, groceries, breakfast cafe.

Location, location, location.
The perfect location if you want to go to the beach. Room was nice, affordable and let us bring our 2 dogs.

Cute and quiet!
We enjoyed our stay!! Cute little place near the beach!
Located in a great spot, great breakfast place across the street ice cream little supermarket. Everything was very convenient.

Cozy time
It was relaxing despite the poor weather. Enjoyed being so close to everything including a short walk to the beach. A small but cozy & darling place.

Perfect rental for us
The host Ken was very responsive and kind. The listing was 100% accurate.... We loved the closeness to the Beach and very convenient for being out and about. Very clean and had all we needed. Thank you for a wonderful and stress-free stay..... We will be back!

Family vacation
Great location. Apt on street somewhat noisy during rush hour but otherwise great. Good food choices nearby

A Very Pleasant Stay
Property was clean and quiet. The beach and other essentials are a brief walk from the property. Property owner is friendly. Overall all, it was a very pleasant stay and I will consider the property again in the future.
