Easy check-in process. Everything was perfect so had no need to contact the host. So close to the beach and convenient shopping and food right across the street. We will be booking again for the next trip.

Great place to stay!

This was a great location, close to the beach, and with great places to eat nearby. Ken was great about getting back to us with questions about our rental.

Nice place, great location, very clean. Comfortable bed. Kind of a cold snap in Florida heating system had a hard time keeping it warm especially in the bedroom and bathroom.

Because we had three rainy days in a row, our stay allowed us to relax and spend more time at the house. We found that it had mostly everything we needed, and appreciated the washer and dryer and Tide pods available. Bed and bedding were comfortable and we even used the pull out couch for the kids. We enjoyed the market across the street and the coffee shop next door. There were a few beach chairs and beach gear available, and starters of TP and dish soap.

This is our 4th time at this location. Close proximity to beach and local restaurants. Definitely a hidden gem, would highly recommend.

Fantastic property! Very close to the beach, clean, great kitchen amenities for making dinner. Super cute area w lots of restaurants. Great surf, too!

Great location

Place was clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, a few toiletries, kitchenware, and other basic needs. Location was within walking distance of a market, restaurants and beach. I would stay there again.

Labor Day Getaway

We spent Labor Day weekend at Melbourne Beach. Had a great time and enjoyed all the places within walking distance, especially the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
