Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location. In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. Please no pets on the beds or furniture so we can keep the home as clean as possible. This 2nd floor unit is in our duplex building.

THE SPACE
All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Multiple windows and quiet mini split air conditioning and heating systems. Beautiful space to call your home for your vacation. You can’t beat this location! A short walk to everything, and Ken was very responsive and easy to work with. It was our second time here, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

Awesome rental in a great location

This was my first trip to Melbourne Beach where my partner and I stayed at a VRBO and this property did not disappoint. It was the perfect size for the two of us and being within close walking distance to the beach was incredible. We really appreciate a place that’s walkable so having a few restaurant options and a market within close walking distance was really awesome too.
