Beautifully updated and refined by new owners in this Emerald Towers, 2BR, 2Bath unit with Queen Sleeper Sofa, which comfortably sleeps 6. Master BR has a King Bed and the guest BR has a Queen Bed. HDTV's and DVD players in both bedrooms and living room.
Watch and listen to the ocean's waves, without hearing all the noise, from the 11th floor unit with large balcony, accessible from the living room and Master Bedroom.
Unit #1105 has a fully stocked kitchen and a wet bar with ice maker to help you relax, and leave your worries behind. Just 2 miles from the Destin Commons shopping area, including Bass Pro Shops for the men. For the kids, and 'grown kids', the Big Kahuna water park is within walking distance from the complex. The finest restaurants and shopping are within minutes, and golf....there are great courses everywhere!!! Two lighted tennis courts are here in the complex. What a place to relax.
There isn't a better beach with this emerald green water anywhere you can drive to.

Great visit

Although the visit started bad, in the end we had had a great visit. Upon checking in, we found that the unit was not cleaned. Upon contacting the owners, it was taken care of within a couple of hours. A little bit of an inconvenience, but the owners made it up by allowing us a late check out. The unit is just as described and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Steps Away from Perfection

Great location. Met all of our needs. Gorgeous beach. Comfortable beds. Needs a deep clean and some tlc. Would rent again.

Great place!

The AC was amazing! The view was amazing! The layout of the condo was great!! The condo has a wet bar and ice maker! We enjoyed it immensely! Wonderful condo!

Amazing location

We had a great time in Destin. Loved the beach, pool and view. The condo was a perfect size for 4 adults and an infant. The additional ice maker in the room was so helpful.

Excellent!

David and Paige were excellent to work with. They responded quickly to any questions we had. The condo was awesome! The view from the living room and master bedroom were spectacular! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much David and Paige, you made it feel like our home away from home.

Great location and owner

We have stayed at the emerald towers before. David and Paige were awesome to work with - communicated clearly and responded to my requests quickly. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were awesome. The air conditioning worked great! There were some floor areas under the bed, the pantry, and the bathroom that could've been more clean. We would definitely stay here again. We recommend you book your chairs and umbrella for the beach in advance to ensure a front row

Great View

David the owner was great to work with. He was quick to reply to messages. Condo was nice and fairly clean. the location and view was fabulous. Must eat at the Back Porch and Dat Burrito. Both were great. Favorite fun was renting a pontoon with slide and boating to crab island. We got to see Frank the dolphin! Parasailing and fishing for kids were highlights for kids. Fun trip made many new memories.

Love this place!

My sister and I have stayed here several times. This is our first choice for a trip to Destin. Condo is clean and comfortable. And David and Page are quick to respond to any questions.

Loved this Destin Gem!

Just spent 5 days at this beach front condo with a friend and we loved it! Everything was perfect outside: location, privacy, beach access, pool, grill. And inside: layout, furnishings, balcony, TV’s, WiFi, towels galore, very well stocked! I hope we can stay here again very soon. Thanks David & Paige!

February Birthday weekend

We enjoyed your lovely condo. Unfortunately for us we picked the wrong weekend weather wise. We did enjoy a sunset Thursday night from the deck and played some games with our adult daughters for their dad’s birthday! We will be back!

Great Destin Condo

This condo was in a great location and was so clean and comfortable! There were tons of little extras around the condo we weren't expecting! We brought our 14 month old with us and the condo was great for her. The extra bedroom was large enough to set up a pack and play for her to sleep. The beach access and pool were very nice and clean as well!

Mom and daughters trip

After the first day, we decided we do not want to stay anywhere else in destin. There was My two daughters and me and condo suited us to a T! Very prett decor, well stocked kitchen, loved the covered balcony. Highly recommend!

Best condo in Destin

It had everything! Space for the family, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a balcony, and the most comfortable bed in an property I’ve ever visited. The host was amazing, extremely communicative and very accommodating. I will absolutely visit this property again in the future and look forward to the opportunity to come back soon!
