Quaint little house that met all our needs. Beach is a 10 minute drive and restaurants/grocery/shopping are all very close. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area in the future.

It was great location (close to work) for my situation (bathroom reno at my house) and can’t beat price to allow my 2 dogs to stay with me. Only down sides were the yard was weeds, dirt and ant hills and not enough counter space in bathroom since I was here 2 weeks. Also had to ask them to cut lawn when checked it. It was very high. Cute older home tho!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Tucker's! Everything was as described. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is close to Downtown Melbourne, Publix, Starbucks and great restaurants including Hemingway's Tavern. The screened in porch was nice for sitting outside in the evenings and enjoying the cool air. Our hosts were very responsive to anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute, pet friendly cottage

We were in town for a wedding and a funeral and needed a safe place, with a fenced yard, that took pets. This place fit the bill. It's a cute little house with a fully fenced yard. Very quiet neighborhood. Good communication and prompt response from the property manager.

Well-located cute cottage

House was as described - clean and well equipped. Dog loved the fenced yard. On-site laundry a plus. House is well located for navigating all the things to do in Melbourne and the surrounding area, however this does come at a small price as it's a little noisy. It was too cool to use the screened porch while we were there, but it's great to have as the patio is full sun after about 11am. Friendly neighbors. Great communication with owner. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

My husband and I rented this property while visiting for my nephew’s wedding. The home was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. Having access to a washer and dryer was much appreciated. For pet owners, note that while the yard appears to be fenced in, it’s not. There is an opening on the side of the carport. Communication was great. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Melbourne!

We have family here in Melbourne and have been visiting here for decades. This is our first Airbnb/VRBO and we hope to have anticipated all your needs. We stay here as often as we can ourselves so, we are happy to share our home with you!

We love the Melbourne area for many reasons, but we usually find ourselves here to relax, unwind, and to spend time with our loved ones that live in this area. We love to spend time at the beach, downtown Melbourne, and the Brevard Zoo!

We love our historic home so much! It was built in the 1950’s, and it was owned by our grandparents for many years until they sold it. We remember growing up and spending time here as kids so, we bought it back in 2021! We completely renovated it in 2022, and now we’re so happy to be able to share it with you!
