About this space
This single family home built in 1926 is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Located close to downtown Melbourne, beaches, golf course and Florida Tech. A perfect home base for all the Orlando attractions and the Space Center.
The space
Enjoy all the comforts of home with a large fully equipped kitchen, inside and outside dining area, three seating areas to relax in, the living room which has a 50" TV, sunporch and the outside patio with seating and a gas grill. Large laundry room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a tub, one with walk in shower) and parking in the driveway. Everything you need for your get away.

We were more than satisfied with this listing. The house was great, the host was great, and the overall experience was unmatched. I would definitely stay at the property again, and would definitely recommend the host! 5 stars isn’t enough!

This house was delightful!! From the beautiful oak with the huge staghorn fern in the front yard, to the wonderful kitchen with everything you could possibly need, the comfy beds and excellent linens, to the skylight in the bathroom we were constantly trying to off, my family and I were absolutely amazed by this house. Don’t let the name “1926 House” deter you- this beautifully updated house kept all the best features from the 1920s and still had all the modern conveniences of the 2020s. We started the morning with coffee on the back porch and played endless games of Yachtzee on the dining room table once we were in for the night. It’s close to the grocery store and about 10 minute drive to the beach. Donna was a great host- answering any questions quickly. I can’t wait til I need to stay in Melbourne again. I am absolutely coming back to this house!

Beautiful and clean with all the amenities you could want in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay, and if we ever come back, we will stay here again!

Wonderful rental. Immaculate, comfortable, and well stocked with cookware, spices, shower, and laundry supplies. The kitchen great for preparing meala. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to anywhere in the Space Coast area. Will not hesitate to stay here again, if I have the chance.

Senior day FIT

Very close to Melbourne airport and very close to FIT. Shopping, eateries and beaches very convenient. Very quiet street and relaxing lanai.

Great Stay-Close to Everything

Our family was in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect home base away from the fields. It was close to the beach and only 25 minutes from the complex and was close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Communication with Donna was great and the house was immaculate. Our family loved staying here!

Perfect home away from home

I had the good fortune of staying at the 1926 house and it was amazing. Donna the owner was very quick to reply to any questions/messages and the house was extremely clean and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and located near lots of amenities. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

A friend and I stayed for 5 days for a quilting retreat. The home is immaculate, decorated tastefully and has great natural light. The kitchen is by far the best stocked one of all the homes we have stayed in over the years. This is a thoughtful host who has thought of everything. We will stay again!

Great place

I was pleasantly surprised that the place was exactly like the pictures online. It was very roomy and close to the place we had come to see. I had several questions before I came and the property manager was always very prompt and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a place in the area.

Charming house

We enjoyed our stay at this charming house in a quiet neighborhood. The house was comfortable, the kitchen large and well-stocked, and the sunroom and backyard were meant for relaxing. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with.

Enjoyable Christmas Vacation

We enjoyed staying at your lovely home and the special touches you decorated with for Christmas. The house was immaculate and comfortable with complete furnishings and a relaxing screened porch and outdoor patio. It was close to shopping and restaurants. We hope to return another time!
