Highlights include a spacious, fenced yard complete and stunning outdoor fireplace, hot tub , and a ground-floor game room featuring a pool table, smart TV, fireside sofa seating, and an oversized kitchenette. A furnished deck sets the stage for alfresco meals with a gas grill and dining table. Ski racks and commercial-grade glove and boot dryers are equipped for wintertime convenience. Local dining options, fantastic hiking trails, and fly fishing opportunities are all just minutes away. Downtown Pagosa Springs, alpine lakes, and great golf are a short drive from home.

Enjoy casual downtime with friends and family in the main-floor living area, with shows and movies on the smart TV. The gorgeous full kitchen boasts beautiful counters and a suite of stainless steel appliances, including a floating island gas range. The dining table can accommodate up to eight for family dinners and game nights. A private home office comes furnished with a dedicated desk and a futon for remote work convenience or an additional bedroom option.

Two bedrooms and a full bathroom can be found on the lower level. Two bedroom and two full bathrooms, including the primary suite, are located upstairs. Primary guests will enjoy a private en suite bathroom complete with a separate tub and shower.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
