Condo w/ mountain & partial ocean view - upper balcony
This beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bath(new tub and shower enclosure), new ceiling fans, and perhaps most importantly...NEW PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONERS in the living room, and both bedrooms upstairs. Please note that there are stairs inside the condo leading up to the first bathroom and additional stairs that lead to the bedrooms.
Why rent a one-room hotel room, when you can spread out in 1218 square feet (not including the two balconies). 55 inch Flat screen TV downstairs, Master Bedroom, as well as second bedroom also has a TV. We are located in an end unit with plenty of light. The master bedroom has a California King and the second bedroom has 2 twins. There is also a New twin trundle bed downstairs as well as two floor mat type futons if you prefer (located in the master closet). There are also two balconies to spread out and relax (the upstairs balcony has a partial ocean view and mountainside view)
There is WIFI, propane bbq, dishwasher, microwave, drip and kurig coffee makers. Both bathroom are equipped with body wash/shampoo/conditioner. The laundry is in the basement of the condo complex.
You can also enjoy the complex's pool and spa with an $80.00 refundable pool key deposit (our island host will call and give you details). The pool and Jacuzzi are heated during the peak season Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Off season, the pool is only heater on weekends and holidays.
This large comfortable fully furnished condo is located in the heart of Avalon. It's in town tucked into the hills on flat ground so it is easy to walk everywhere. Its just a short level 3 block walk to the beach (these are Avalon blocks so they are short). Unlike many of Avalon's hotels, this condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, but within easy walking distance to all that Avalon has to offer.
We are located out of the hustle and bustle but conveniently close by. There is a large full service Von's within a short walk to pick up necessities. Although Uber and Lyft are not allowed on the island, there is taxi service and Circuit available.
This is a good vacation value for your money. A large condo that sleeps 6 (in beds)

Quiet and peaceful location that was still a 5 min walk to town. Couch was super comfortable to gather and watch movies. AC units tried hard upstairs but if you like it really cold, not for you. We slept comfortably though and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The manager was so kind and thoughtful—she even let us check in early since we arrived on an earlier boat, which meant a lot to us.
The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our whole group. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—close to everything! We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again

Great quiet location for a family stay, yet only three flat blocks away from shops and restaurants, and the beach. We didn’t use the complex’s pool or hot tub because they are not heated during the week in the offseason including March.

Everything was great! The place looked just like the pictures, and the mattress was super comfortable — we all slept amazingly well. It made our vacation even more relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Relaxing stay
We had a great, relaxing time. The property is nice and spacious and stocked well with essentials.
The area is super walkable — about 10 minutes from the ferry and 10-20 minutes to the other areas of town.

The condo was exceptional. Well appointed, clean, newly renovated with a nice view. The photos portrayed the condo accurately. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Friends on a girl trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was so happy to find the stairway to street below that made walk uphill so much easier. The condo was just what we wanted and more and the view was beautiful.

We had an amazing weekend staying at this condo! The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived — everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The early check-in was such a huge bonus and made the start of our trip so much smoother. Unfortunately, we ended up getting stuck on the island due to weather, but the hosts were incredibly understanding and flexible, which took so much stress off our shoulders. Their communication was great the entire time. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

Thanksgiving in Avalon
We really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space, good amenities, great views and comfortable beds. The only disappointment was the hot tub was not very warm. The pool temperature was ok.

Family Trip
Our adult kids stayed here during our family vacation to Avalon. It was clean, neat and the entire process was easy and enjoyable. The pool is beautiful and the condo is so close to everything. Will be back!

Our family has been visiting Catalina since the 1960's. We rented many properties over the years including one at Bahia Vista. We loved the pool at the complex as well as being walking distance to the beach. When we decided to purchase, we chose a place in Bahia Vista.
