Spacious Hamilton Cove Condo With Golf Cart Included.

Due to popular demand, OWNERS bought a more spacious condo (1469 square foot) for GUESTS requiring LARGE 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with OCEAN VIEWS. French doors lead to large terrace to soak in the SUNRISE and SUNSET. All units in HAMILTON COVE are not created equal but we strive to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible with amenities throughout the property available to all guests, including NEW SIX SEATER GOLF CART to use during your entire stay. *Due to our HOA policy the driver is required to be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. The proximity of UNIT 4-13 is closer to POOL AREA and close to our other condo, UNIT 2-35 (see VRBO list no. 579841). Washer and Dryer inside the unit.

This CONDO is great for professionals looking for a getaway to soak up SUN and SEA. Also great to bring the family for quick vacation with tons of ISLAND activities for all ages.

Catalina Island is now in 3rd Level Water Conservation; we ask for our guests to please be mindful of their water use.

Overall this is a great property with really nice location and views. The unit is overall in good condition, but could use some minor repairs to kitchen cupboards and really needs the entire floor cleaned. But we loved our time there and the peace of the place overall. And driving the golf cart is so fun!

Beautiful spot and location! Great to be private and have our own golf cart to tour around the island. Awesome location to the pool and beach in Hamilton Cove.Spacious rooms with 2 bathrooms and great kitchen amenities! Comfy beds.Downsides: gets hot at night, no AC or fans, on the first floor and could hear people above us all night. A few things didn't work, but host is responsive and happy to help.

The views are amazing from almost anywhere in the community. Having access to the golf cart throughout our stay added tremendous value and convenience. The unit itself was spacious and clean. Although the TVs in both the bedroom and living room were not working during our stay, we still enjoyed our time there.

A lot of deferred maintenance s/a old rusty light fixtures, cabinets that don't stay shut, bathroom fans non functional, doors drag on floor, no beach towels, broken down sofas with steel bars between cushions that can injure if sat on, missing art with hanging hardware still on wall in master bedroom, tower fans useless.

The views are stunning, being so close to the pool was lovely and the private beach is spectacular with great snorkeling.When we got to the unit (it is a tad confusing- it's the 1st one on the right up the stairs) one set of sheets was dirty and wrinkled almost as if it hadn't been changed, the microwave handle was broken and there were no beach towels. I texted our island contact and she responded fast and was over within 30 mins to rectify the problems but it still but a damper on our initial excitement bc things were dirty/broken/missing.Also, the listing stated a new golf cart was included with the unit but we got an old rundown red one so not sure what happened there. It did the job and got us all around town but chugged along very slowly. Overall we were happy to stay in Hamilton Cove, it's beautiful, quiet at night and we felt very secure but it was a bit overpriced for what we got.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO rental. The property offers plenty of space to spread out and relax, which made it especially comfortable for our group.One thing we really appreciated was that there were not too many steps. The golf cart was an absolute must and a huge bonus. It made exploring the area so much more enjoyable and convenient.The on island contact was excellent, very responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We arrived a little early and Veronica was able to get us into the property before our check-in time which was great. The golf cart had a flat but they fixed it within the hour. Overall an lovely property and stay.

The check-in process was really bad. The security attendant at the front gate would not let us in stating that we did not have the required paperwork. According to the host, we just needed to give our full names and identification at the gate however, that was not enough. We had to reach out to the coordinator we were given the phone number for who was able to speak to the gate attendant and let us in. What made things more difficult is there is absolutely no service up there so we had a difficult time getting a hold of the coordinator. Luckily our taxi driver was willing to wait for us to be able to figure it out because he could’ve left us there at the top of the mountain stranded.Things to note were one of the beds was definitely not cleaned after the last guest. The bed was full of sand under the top comforter. The living room couches had a bad odor and lots of stains. I do not think this was a good description of the beds that are available in the living room as they are just hard futons the property, lack and general maintenance as in fans and deeper cleaning. All of the curtains had lots of mold spores. I think with better communication and more attention to detail in this home, it would be the perfect place to stay.

This was a very disappointing experience. While the unit was nice, the check in process was a mess. We arrived at check-in time at 3:00 PM and the cleaners did not have the property finished yet. They finally finished at 3:30 PM. When we were ready to leave for an appointment, the golf cart was not in the space that the owner told us it would be in. We had to order a taxi for 50 (back and forth) as we could not immediately reach the owner and the property manager's voicemail was unable to take messages. By the time we were contacted the taxi was already there to pick us up. The property manager said she would reimburse me but never did. Lastly, there was no body wash and we had to call the property manager for it and the master bath is very difficult to access for anyone with leg issues. I would never stay again.

Everything was amazing, smooth and comfortable. The ONLY issue was NOT the property, the unit or the management but the RESIDENTS. My girlfriends drank too much at the beach club and we decided to stay safely INSIDE rather than go out again. We were singing Karaoke INSIDE with the patio doors open and at 7:30pm ( EARLY ) .. security came to the door because we were singing too loud (resident complaint) and asked us to close the patio doors. We did and continued our evening more watching a movie. I understand we may have been singing loudly, but it was still light outside and early. All in all we had an amazing time and the point of this review is to say if you plan on singing indoors, close the patio doors. Thank you Tom and Vanessa, I apologize for any inconvenience. NOTES: Early morning Taxi from unit to Ferry cost 24 for 3ppl. - The beach club is totally fun but shore is ROCKY! - The unit has a very nice pool and the golf cart was easy to drive. - Taxis run from 7am to ? and arrive quickly so be ready.- If you plan to hike, you need a permit and is free (google it).

Amazing stay, better than expected. Photos exactly as expected and view was absolutely stunning. Private community was such a nice place to stay with a pool and jacuzzi and all the other amenities. Great for friends trip but also for families with kids of any age. Of course we loved that it came with a golf cart! Next time we are in Catalina, will definitely be booking here again.

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a lovely stay on the island! The condo was perfect for the 6 of us, plenty of room and everything we needed was there. Catalina is a special place and this property made our vacation very enjoyable
