Lovely in Larchmere was lovely!

This is a very comfortable and clean stay. The beds, pillows, linens, kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Home was very warm and inviting. It was excellent value for what we needed.

Cute and cozy!

Such a cute place to stay for the weekend. Wish it would have been warmer to use the deck space. Owner knew we were getting in late so the lights were left on for us. It was much appreciated and so nice and warm when we got it.

Stay near Cleveland Clinic

I had to stat near the Cleveland Clinic for a high risk pregnancy. It was perfect area to get to an from hospital visits, and the property was set up nicely for what i needed. Communication with property owner was easy.

Cleveland Clinic

We were in Cleveland for a family member’s procedure at the Cleveland Clinic this was very conveniently located to the hospital and affordable it worked out wonderful for what we needed would definitely book again. The communication was wonderful. I also love the fact that they are giving a new life to an older home and an older neighborhood seeing the value in the neighborhood. Great Visit.

2 week stay

Communication with property manager was very good, especially after our rental car was broken into and damaged. She scheduled Ubers for us to go back and forth to the Cleveland Clinic until we resolved the issue with the car. Very helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful Hosts! Truly Lovely!

Ken and Kaye were so nice throughout our whole stay, any questions or concerns they were quick to answer and with such kindness. The space was very clean and just what we needed. We loved that it was outside of the city, so it was quieter, but so easy to get to downtown quickly. The surrounding neighborhood is definitely being revitalized and all of the little shops are perfect!

Very clean and good communication from owner

There was an issue where the internet went out, to no fault of the owner (it was a Spectrum issue), but the owner and property manager were in constant communication with me about the issue and got a tech out the same day to fix it. I was very happy with the place and their attention to details. I’ll definitely be back.

Clean Top Floor stay with Lovely Porch

We LOVED our stay here! Cool ac units in both bedrooms and in living room. Comfy beds. I don't even remember turning on the TV because it was so peaceful there, but I assume it works. I thought the neighborhood was fine. Neighbors were nice. The larger area is definitely going through a period of rejuvenation. But the street we were on was just lovely and I love all those big older houses. It looks like the neighborhood is really taking pride in having them look nice. And there was a cafe in walking distance! My favorite part was the best porch ever, which was a second floor balcony and comfy furniture. We would definitely be back!

Great rental

Awesome rental, close to downtown, quite neighborhood and clean. Loved thecovered porch. The host was great and was east to get ahold of. Would definitely rent agin.

Great location

This property was in a perfect location, just around the corner and walking distance from several great shops and restaurants the larchmere district. The Dwelling was as described. Please note for others considering this location, it was a second floor walk up narrow stairs. We had no problems navigating this, but someone with limited mobility should take heed.

Great Host

The host was very attentive to make sure our stay was what we were looking for. Be sure to visit Big Al’s Diner for breakfast. It is within walking distance.

Very relaxing location

We had a great stay at this property. The location seemed close to everything we needed, the neighborhood was peaceful and sitting on the porch was very relaxing. The apartment was VERY clean and communication with the host couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend!

This is fine.

I stayed here over a long weekend with a buddy. The host, Ken, is a pleasure deal with. The house itself is... fine. The neighborhood is fine. The tables, couch, chairs, beds, everything is functional but not fantastic. The internet speed is extremely fast, which was great. For the price, I'd be okay staying here again.

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved the location of this place. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was a bunch of awesome shops and great food all within walking distance. The place itself was adorable and we especially loved the cute balcony. Very clean and perfect for our little weekend getaway. Will definitely stay here again when we are back next year!

Cozy comfortable apartment. Easy to get to Cleveland Clinic for procedure, pick up groceries, food delivery. Ken was quick to respond to small issues that popped up. We would stay again.
