Welcome to Sandpiper Cottage - a cozy historic Gulfport getaway with all the modern conveniences. Thoughtfully outfitted for adults and children with all the comforts of home!

Relax on the huge back deck, make s’mores in the fire pit, play a game of ping-pong in the bunkroom, or whip up a seafood dish in the newly renovated kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, .5 miles from the beach. Convenient to downtown, restaurants, attractions, and more! Very responsive local owners.

Perfect for what we needed!

Stayed for a cheer competition. House located 14 minutes to the Gulf Coast Convention center. The place catered to my 4year old and my 12 year old, with activities to keep them busy. The 3 bedroom was enough space for our family of four. We had done minor issues but Andy responded quickly and took care of it. We would stay here again!

A Fun Stay

Although our time spent here was short (only stayed one night and checked in around 7:30), we were very impressed with how cozy and welcoming this home was. My two boys especially loved “The Bunk Room.” The beds were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer and explored the area a little more.

Quick stopover

We had a one night stopover in Gulfport on our way to our Thanksgiving cruise. The communication with Andy was awesome. He was very responsive to every message I sent. The only issue we had was the coffee maker not working in the morning, but the coffee shop about a mile away was top tier. Thanks again for hosting us.

LOVED!! Great location close to NOLA

We rented this cottage for the Taylor Swift ERAS Tour. Perfect location to enjoy a couple of days at the beach and having fun in New Orleans without too bad of a drive. The house was so sweet. I loved the decor and the location. The house is decorated so nicely. Perfect for a short getaway. I was very pleased. I would love to come back. The host was very good with communication. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and cozy cottage

My sister and I were in Gulfport for a family reunion. Sandpiper cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay and was conveniently located for all our activities. Andy is a responsive host.

Absolutely perfect!

Amazing cottage just a few blocks from the Gulf coast. We had everything we needed. Home feels much larger than it is due to a really cool layout. Lots of space to hangout and bedrooms are private with extra comfy beds. We will definitely stay again.

Clean and accommodating space, kind and attentive hosts!

Everything was as perfect as it could have been at this place. Looked just like it did in the photos, right by the beach, was spotless throughout, water/popsicles/snacks/coffee/spices in the kitchen, Jenga and Uno in the rec room. We had everything we needed and more. Hosts are extremely responsive to messages through the app, and even came by personally to resolve an issue straight away - all without disrupting our stay at all! They were even considerate enough to leave a note on the fridge with local hot spots and important phone numbers. Only complaints would be how few and poorly positioned the outlets are in the bedrooms, as well as how uneven the floors are and how slippery the ruge are on them. All very, very minor things. Definitely stay here if you're in the area!

Relaxing haven near the beach

Intentionally crafted this home inspires you to stop and enjoy a good conversation or book. My young family of six enjoyed the yard and minimalistic aminities that made cleaning up a breeze. The bunk bed room was full of excitement and the broad porch was made for lingering. We loved this old succo home near the beach. Small town Gulport has become my favorite beach with Lynn Measows Children's Discovery museums and Traintastic. This home was perfect.

Great Vacation Home

We loved our stay. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a quiet neighborhood. They left snacks for the kids, popsicles and some bottles of water. Everything about our stay was perfect and we will stay here again!!!

Worth more than we payed for

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days and 4 nights. 10 out of 10 times I would recommend versus a hotel room, especially for the low price I paid. The property was clean and orderly upon arrival and the process was very simple and easy. The beach was close nearby, and the beds were extremely comfortable to sleep on, along with air conditioning that was almost “too cold” during the summer month of July. Thank you Andy for the opportunity to visit

Birthday Sleepover

This is such a welcoming, peaceful, and fun cottage. We were a few driving distance (5 minutes) from the beach. Everything was provided for the fire pit that we really enjoyed. Our stay was wonderful and the host gave immediate feedback(response) prior to arrival and departure.

I recommend this property.

The house was very clean. The decoration is outstanding. The house is close to the beach. You can work to the beach from the house. The kitchen had all the tools to cook for a family. The A/C worked great. The back yard is big with a nice patio. Overall we had a great time and great experience during our stay in this property.

Feels like Home !

Such a beautiful cozy home ! It was perfect for me and my family we really enjoyed our selves ! The host make the checking in and checking out process so easy and they are very nice ! House is so clean on the inside and in the perfect area so close to all the fun events we wanted to do .

Family getaway

We had a great time at Sandpiper Cottage. Andy and Jennifer were very communicative. The house is a charming older home, great for a beach stay. Comfy beds, great AC, and convenient location. My only suggestion is to add a power strip/plug near the bed for cell phone chargers. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a very enjoyable visit to the Mississippi Coast and the Sandpiper Cottage was the perfect place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, great location with easy access to Gulfport, Biloxi and Ocean Springs. Hosts Andy & Jennifer were very accommodating, welcoming and provided valuable restaurant & area recommendations! The cottage was totally comfortable and had everything we needed.

Weekend Stay

We enjoyed our weekend staying in the Sandpiper!! The house was clean and unique. The back porch was a great place to sit and just relax in the mornings while watching the birds. Great place to stay.

Perfect Peacefulness!

We made a quick visit to Gulfport to watch a Dance Competition. We wanted to stay close to the beach without the hussle and bussle of Casino life. We found it at Sandpiper Cove. A nice, quaint, quiet, little neighborhood. The place was perfect for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed to relax. If you needed a snack, it was there. If you forgot your shampoo, it was there. The back porch was quiet and peaceful. Thank you Andy & Jennifer for a beautiful home. We will be back to stay for a lengthier trip.

Cute little cottage close to everything

This was such a cute little place. Great back porch to sit and relax. They had a fire pit and s’mores ready for us; unfortunately we were always too tired, by the end of the night, to enjoy it. My son loved the bunk room and ping pong table! 5 minute drive to the beach, Mississippi Aquarium, downtown Gulfport restaurants and coffee shops. Biloxi beach was a short drive away too, with other great things for the kids (Paradise Pier-Big Fun Entertainment) We had a Great time and will stay here again, when we visit!

Sweet Little Place

Stay at Sandpiper Cottage

This cottage is so cute, comfortable, and very well maintained. We stayed for my daughters cheer competition and it was super close to the convention center and a bunch of other stuff to do. Will definitely be back and hopefully for longer!

Wonderful property
