Very spacious and comfortable home. The kitchen was well stocked , beds comfortable.The house is in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown!We enjoyed browsing the shops and visiting a few parks nearby. Pretty area.

Thanksgiving with family in Caz

Great location and cozy house

We spent 6 nights in Cazenovia. Thoroughly enjoyed the town and surrounding areas. Found great restaurants, kayaking, hiking, and brewpubs.

Great stay!

The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. Gina was a fabulous host and very responsive/accommodating. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. Being walking distance into town was a major plus for us!

Cozy and clean. Close to village.

Very comfortable property. Perfect for my friends and I to stay and enjoy the village of Cazenovia. Appreciated the host attention to our comfort with the guest basket and choice of linens.

A Pleasant Weekend

The property was comfortable and welcoming with extra touches that made the stay nicer. Coffee, snacks, fluffy towels, and comfortable furnishings. Hosts were very helpful.

Fun in Caz

Charlie and Gina went above and beyond as hosts trying to ensure the comfort of our stay. The house was nicely decorated with very comfortable beds, and nice amenities around the house.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home for graduation weekend at Syracuse University. It is an easy half hour drive to campus for all the graduation activities and ceremonies. It was nice to be away from the congestion around the University itself and was much more cost effective than the ridiculous prices being charged by the hotels in Syracuse. The home was extremely clean and had many places to gather and enjoy being with family. The large kitchen table was perfect for our post-graduation meal with family. The location in Cazenovia is beautiful with the gorgeous lake nearby. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We stayed at Gina & Charlie's beautiful house for Colgate Family Weekend. A great choice-a little less than 30 minutes from campus and a short walk from the center of town in Cazenovia!Gina was such an wonderful host--so nice, communicative and responsive to questions about my stay. The house is amazing-very clean, so much space and literally everything you need is available in the house, which I really appreciated.Thank you Gina & Charlie for opening your home in such a generous way-I can't wait to return!

Kids loved the home and property

The bedrooms were laid out well for our large group of various ages. The little ones enjoyed all of the toys! The hosts were very kind and accommodating. Thank you Gina and Charlie for your kindness, we will all treasure our memories of the weekend!

Perfect Stay!

We were in town for my niece's wedding in Manlius. The house was clean, comfortable and the perfect size and location for our visit. My teenage son and my old fussy dog wasted no time settling in. It's on a quiet street with a friendly neighborhood. We spent one day walking around Caz - shopping, ice cream, the lake and Caz pizza - there is lots to explore. Gina and Charlie were gracious and attentive hosts, even accommodating us when we added two days to our stay at the last minute when our plans had changed. We are already planning another stay when we do local college visits.

State Fair Weekend Home away from Home

We had an awesome time at the house. Beds were comfortable, tv had so many channels to choose from ( which made my Dad happy). The neighborhood was so quaint and ran into a few neighbors while walking our dog and they were all very friendly. Only a 30 minute drive to the State Fair which made it easy to come check on Kona and drop off Dad when he got tired. The welcome basket was awesome and filled with treats and essentials. Easy access to the house with keyless entry. Thanks Gina and Charlie.

We also love being able to turn on network TV to catch the latest news and sports in real time, although I’m sure the Roku stick would have them too (I’d have to figure that out at some point). Getting back to Caz!

As a former resident of Caz, we longed to return to see our homies. Traveling from our current home State (Florida) it was so great to be back surrounded by the rolling hills of Central NY, walking distance to Cazenovia Lake and “downtown” Caz; all 1/2 mile strip of quaint shops, dining, bakeries and a few watering holes. This property was perfectly located on a quiet street with friendly neighbors and easy access to a variety of local amenities. Chittenango Falls State Park is a must see, local antique shops, tennis and pickle ball nearby, The house was perfect for our family with 3 comfortable bedrooms, a den, living room and a well stocked kitchen. Owners, Gina and Charlie were easily accessible and attentive to our questions. Cazenovia is a great town and I can’t not go back because it sucks you in to its charm and beauty. Enjoy!

Graduation Weekend

Our family stayed at the house over a long weekend for our son’s graduation from Syracuse University as well as a family birthday and Mother’s Day. It was perfect! The hosts are incredible. Gina was awesome! She was super responsive if we had questions and gave us some great information on restaurants in the area. The house is very comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is very quiet. The gift basket was very nice and thoughtful. One evening we saw 4 deer walking through the backyard. The town of Cazenovia has everything. Super convenient grocery store. We also enjoyed Caz Pizza and a late lunch one day at Meier’s Creek Brewery. The town is cute and the shop owners are very friendly. Our family had a wonderful weekend. Our thanks to Gina and her family for sharing their home!
