The house could have definitely been a little more deep cleaned. The bedrooms were set up great however for the living area the couches needed updated and the futon was broken. I don’t reach out to the host because it was livable for a the week but I do wish the cleaners would have spent a little more time. The beach gate code wouldn’t work so I did call in for that. Basically I was on the phone for 15 minutes and they couldn’t fix it so another guest that was staying in the area gave us there code and the guy on the phone noted the account. Over all I would stay here again but it was a little shocking based off what the pictures looked like.

Awesome place

We really enjoyed 45 Winddancer Lane! The accommodations were awesome. The pool was great. The beach house was great and the putt putt green was a hit with the young kids.

Great Space

Outdoor space is awesome, plenty of room to stretch out. Backyard pavilion was the best.

Great spot great house

Stayed for 6 nights 6 days. Check in was easy, communication with the host was great with quick replies to questions we had. The house was extremely clean and check out was the easiest checkout we had. Pool was fantastic and the outdoor propane grill was a great addition. Would stay here and with this host again with zero concerns. Thank you

Amazing location

We had a great stay! The location was perfect. The house was great. The only thing I would say is it would be nice if a few things that are hard to bring on a plane, were provided. Such as, cooler for the beach, sand toys/pool toys (which we purchased and left for the next guest), blender, kitchen towels. Otherwise it was very well stocked. The property managers were very accommodating and responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding stay

This is one of the few VRBO properties that my family agrees we would return to, without hesitation. The layout was perfect for a family of 5, the pool and backyard area were amazing and the location was ideal. We did notice that the dishwasher doesn't work (did not dispense the soap) and the master bed was a bit firm for our liking. But that's not enough to impact our overall rating of this house. We had a great week while staying, we would return.

Great Location - Beautiful Backyard

Overall stay was great. House was a nice size and the backyard was huge. We had one issue which was a big one for me. A main attraction of this house was the outdoor pavilion and TV. It's a big selling point since the listing mentions it and has several pictures. I was extremely disappointed when we checked in and the TV wasn't there. When I inquired about it, I was told that it was impacted by a lightning strike and wouldn't be replaced until Tuesday. This meant no football outside for Saturday night and all of NFL Sunday. My main issue is that there was no communication prior to our arrival. Also no apology or offer of compensation. To be fair, the communication was quick when I inquired about it and the TV arrived a day early on Monday. Unfortunately didn't get to enjoy on the days I most wanted to enjoy it. Other than that, property was great and I do recommend.

Thanks for the review. Glad your stay was great overall! The issue with the TV occurred the evening before your arrival. It was checked the following morning before you arrived at which point we notified you. We did put a rush order on a new one and got it to you within 2 days. As much as we like to believe vacations are an escape from reality, life does happen and unfortunately it affects things beyond our control.

It was nice, had issues

The property was in a great location I must say first, only steps to the beach; however I think this property needs to undergo some maintenance updating. We were excited to book this property due to the grill, pool, and washer and dryer! Our large family usually cooks a lot on vacation. The grill was very dirty and did not work our first few nights, the pool also looked as it had not been cleaned either, multiple dead toads in pool, dirt on pool floor. We did contact property management and the issue was fixed in approx 2 days. One major issue we had was the washer / dryer (mainly dryer) the dryer made LOUD horrible noise, then ultimately after 2 days started to smell of burnt rubber and we were concerned about fire hazard, I reached out to property manager once again and was told not to use it anymore and that it would not be fixed until the following week due to maintenance not being available until then so we had to dry our clothes outside. They did offer us a $200 credit which was generous. Other items of concerns was basically cosmetics, fire alarm hanging from ceiling, ceiling fans not working, outlet covers off. Overall we enjoyed our stay we just recommend a few things to improve stay for others.

We’re glad your overall stay was enjoyable. A little disappointed seeing such a dismal review after the 8 service calls to the property along with the refund we gave you. The day of your arrival, it poured non-stop with heavy rain and wind for most of the day. This prevented us from properly preparing the outdoor area before your arrival. We told you about this and advised we would be there the next day to prepare everything for use. From our records, the pool company came the next day, once the weather subsided, and cleaned the pool. Our team also arrived that morning and cleaned the grill. We can only do so much when there is poor weather at arrival time. It looks like you did mention the dryer not functioning properly. We sent two technicians by to attempt a repair, but they were unable to order a part in time. Our maintenance logs show we ordered a new dryer, but due to the model needed, we were unable to get one for a week hence the offer for free dry cleaning pickup and delivery, and the additional credit offered which was declined. We understand vacations are suppose to be stress free and perfect, but sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. Best of luck in future travels.

This house is so convenient to everything, from the beach, grocery and shops! I would have given it a 5 star if it weren’t for some minor details and the lack of some basic kitchen equipment like towels, skillets, colander. The grill could use a good cleaning but other than that I would highly recommend.

Perfect location if you're looking to be close to the beach, shopping centers and restaurants. Host was very responsive, there was an issue with the outdoor TV not working and it was quickly replaced. Check in and out was smooth. I would stay here again!
