Beautiful 2BR 2BA Home with Private Pool & Jacuzzi - Includes Pool Table
Our house is located in the northern part of the island, about an 8-minute walk to the gorgeous beach of Siesta Key and Siesta Village. In this area you find only private homes, surrounded by luscious tropical vegetation.
You will find modern appliances and everything you would expect in a well-equipped kitchen, e.g. stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, garbage disposal, etc. In the utility room there is a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed (both are Stearns & Foster). There is not a third bedroom (we have a queen size Murphy Bed that serves as a third bed - it folds out for sleeping).
The house is newly and very comfortable furnished and is well equipped with bed linens and towels. Just bring your personal items. It also has a full size pool table which is great if you happen to have a rainy day. The pool table was completely refurbished in January 2024 with new felt and proper leveling.
Attached to the front of the house is your very private, screened in pool deck.. The patio furniture includes a bar/table with 6 chairs.
The second story is totally independent of the first and is where the owners reside.
Just a short walk takes you to Siesta Village. The stores there will meet all your vacation needs: swimwear, sandals and gifts, food, and beverages. We have a wide range of restaurants to choose from on Siesta Key.
Please note: Minimum age to rent is now 25.

Great place in an awesome location. Really enjoyed the pool and pool table. Perfect spot in a quiet neighborhood with just a nice short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store.

Our family of 5 had a great time staying here! The beach was only a 10 min walk away & Laurel had lots of beach toys, boogie boards, an umbrella, wagon etc for us to use. The kids swam in the indoor pool daily before and after the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were really comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay. A lot of memories were made!

Perfect spot when having small children ( no stairs is a win!). The pool was a great size just a little warm, maybe cooler temp if it is heated so its more refreshing! Host communicated and responded quickly when needed! Did not use the hot tub during our stay. Rented a golf cart to get us to and far instead of using the car, parking big enough for both vehicles!

Super appreciative of the well stocked kitchen and provided suggestions for beach strolls and access. My kiddo especially loved the disco ball WITH LIGHTS! We had a couple of breakout song numbers, the pool was great when we were a bit too sunburned to be at the beach, and though we didn’t use them (we brought out own) this place had everything including a tent for the beach. I highly suggest this rental!

The place was very accommodating and had everything we needed. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable.I f there was one thing I would do if I owned the place I would replace the wall A/C with splits (aka Mitsubishi) they are very effective and quiet and can be used for heat and a/c.

Great Location!
Home was as advertised, great location near the village and beaches, really enjoyed our stay. Owner supplied chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards, skim boards…everything was great!

Relaxing few days away from home
We booked just a few short weeks prior to arrival and the owners were absolutely amazing to work with. Upon arrival check in was easy and the property was clean. We had all the things needed for our stay away from home. We will definitely be recommending this property to those who plan to visit Siesta Key in the future.

Easy check-in great direction to the home. Very comfortable home, kitchen had everything and lots of towels for pool time. Beach chairs and wagon for beach. Lovely host.

Siesta Key stay
We were very happy with our stay. It was clean, plenty of extra linens, towels and kitchen supplies. We used the pool table often as well as the hot tub.

Ideal family getaway
The house is just what we hoped for. Walking distance to the beaches and to shops and restaurants. Quiet street, easy parking. The pool and hot tub are a bonus, especially on a rainy afternoon. We will definitely consider booking again for a future visit to the area!

Spring break

Great Vacation
We had an amazing time. The 3 kids(8,6,and 3) all had a great time. They loved just hanging out in the pool and hot tub. Very short walk into the downtown area. Walked to siesta key beach a couple of times and it’s a very nice walk there. House was awesome and the owners are super nice.

Great place with everything you need
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kevin and Laurel’s place! They had everything we needed. The pool, hot tub and outside area were fabulous! We hope to be able to come back when red tide isn’t as much of an issue so we can get out and enjoy the beach as well.

Great location!
It was very convenient to the beach, great for running/walking/biking and to restaurants. Primary bed was very comfortable! Kitchen fully stocked with plates, glasses, pots, etc.

Relaxing vacation
The space was clean and nice with plenty of room for my fiance and I. It is in a very nice neighborhood and within walking distance of the beach and downtown Siesta Key. The owners were incredibly nice and gave us plenty of space. I would highly recommend staying here and we are planning on coming back!

The property is in a good location close
To beaches restaurants and the Siesta Village. Hosts were great. We had few needs

Relaxing and perfect location
We had probably the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. This home is in the perfect location to enjoy the beach and village and everything within walking distance. The home itself was comfortable, very clean and had everything you could wish for and more! We can't wait to come back and stay there again! Shawn & Barb
