New beautifully designed house on the creek conveniently located less than one mile from downtown. A large master suite and plenty of outdoor space make this getaway a great place to stay for a Gatlinburg vacation or weekend getaway.
The house boasts brand new everything and has been designed to give both privacy and spaces to gather together.
Hot tub, outdoor sitting areas, decks, and firepit allow for relaxation. The house sits right on Baskins creek providing a peaceful atmosphere.

Excellent!

The location of the place is perfect! Didn’t have to drive to downtown gatlinburg and the walk was no more than 15 minutes. Great atmosphere and perfect for a chill/fun get away!

Beautiful place!

House is great for large family …all siblings and their families had their own rooms. Very nice and location was perfect for Gatlinburg, close but secluded.

Great location!

Just out of the main road, easy to drive to downtown. The house was a great size and the bedrooms were split on the levels. Great trip - would stay here again!

Great Hosts, Property and Location!

The property is awesome and our family enjoyed taking advantage of the hot tub, firepit and decks throughout our stay. We were there to celebrate our Dad's 85th Birthday and the owners surprised us with a nice cookie cake for him. Would love to stay here again, and definitely recommend.

We had a group of 6. The place was spacious. Very pretty views from the front.

Renting the property was uncomplicated. The location was very accessible to the main strip of Gatlinburg.

Fabulous house and location!

Everything in the house seemed new and there was plenty of space! The location was perfect, very close to downtown but still had the feel of being away from the crowds.

Perfect location

Had an amazing stay, has the relaxing cabin in the mountians feel, yet so close to all the tourist stuff the town has to offer. They were quick to respond to messages and handled what we needed promptly. Lots of room and space for larger groups. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

House was just minutes away from downtown and made going down there very easy. Also it was in a quiet neighborhood that felt secluded. Everything was great and the owner was very helpful with all of my questions

Family Trip

The House was outstanding, great location easy (within walking distance) to all attractions within Gatlinburg. Wildlife abounds throughout the area. Numerous walking trails minutes away within the Great Smokey Mountain National Forest. Would recommend staying here anytime of the year.

Hi, Our names are Dan and Jenna. We were born and raised in East Tennessee and have always loved Gatlinburg and The Smoky Mountains! We have been married for 19 years and have four children. We enjoy traveling and spending time together as a family! Our daughters play volleyball, so we spend most of our afternoons watching them play! We love to go to Gatlinburg and eat at our favorite restaurants and enjoy the beautiful mountains.

We own long term rentals and decided to venture into the short term rental market. After a very short time as hosts, we decided to continue to grow our business in Gatlinburg. We love being hosts and enjoy interacting with our guests. We know as a family with multiple children how important vacations are and strive for all of our guests to have a wonderful experience in Gatlinburg.

This is a brand new property that was just finished in October 2022. Everything has been designed with guests in mind from outdoor areas to enjoy the peaceful creek and the inside design. The decor in the house brings photographs from the Smoky Mountains into the home and mixes modern finishes with traditional decor.
The open floor plan on the main level allows for large groups to gather and enjoy time together while the upper floors provide 4 bedrooms to spread out and find some privacy.
You are away from the lights and noise but less than one mile from the strip and all Gatlinburg has to offer.
