You will enjoy sunrises over Sargent Beach and sunsets over the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge from one to the spacious decks. Inside, you will find the home is light and bright offering an open concept living, dining and kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed with luxury linens for your comfort. For guest convenience there is a washer and dryer in the home, smart TV and wifi.

Watch the barges go by or the sunset from the front porch, or head to the back porch for a gorgeous view of primitive and peaceful Sargent Beach! Just a quick drive over the bridge, you'll find Sargent's restaurants and delicious food trucks close by. If you want to get away from overcrowded beaches, and find a peaceful beach getaway - this is it!

Great Quiet Beachfront Location

You are a few hundred feet from the water. You can also see boats across the street in the canal. Stayed an entire week and pretty much had the waterfront to ourselves the entire time. Plenty of room for dogs and kids to run around. Neighbors are very friendly. The inside of the house is nicely furnished, and everything you need is there. Communication is outstanding and friendly.

Quite location on the beach

Had a great time. Enjoyed the amenities in the house and the beach near by. It was the perfect location for our needed getaway....quite and on the beach.

Perfect place

We had a great stay. The beach house is very nice and we pretty much had the section of beach behind the house to ourselves. The dock was also very nice although we didn’t use it much. The kids had a blast playing in the sand and in the surf and The downstairs shower kept us from having to deal with any huge mess. It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely do it again.

Beautiful view of ICW, Gulf and breathtaking sunsets from a peaceful, lovely, warm home.

My friend and I go crabbing and love to come to Sergent TX. This home is perfect for older women and climbing stairs. The views are breathtaking along with seeing dolphins swimming in the ICW. The sunsets each night are breathtaking. The beds are comfortable and roomy. Kitchen has everything you would need for preparing meals and the decks are furnished with huge chairs to watch the beautiful sunsets. You can sit in front to see the barges on the ICW or back deck looking at the Gulf. The fishing deck is perfect and there is a crab net for your use. The furniture is comfortable and a lovely kitchen table to sit with blinds open with a cup of morning coffee watching the boats go by.
