Well Kept, Dog Friendly, Spacious, One Story Villa, with 2 FREE Adult Bikes!
Reserve our dog friendly, spacious Queens Grant villa, located in Palmetto Dunes. Centrally located on the island, Palmetto Dunes has some of the nicest beaches on the island, and offers restaurants, shopping, golf, pickleball, and tennis. The beach is an easy ½ mile bike ride; or hop on the FREE Palmetto “Dune's Buggy” shuttle which runs April – September. The shuttle will pick you up at our front door and transport you not only to the beach, but anywhere inside Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove, including the marina, restaurants, shopping, and the market for groceries. Easy and convenient.
We have 2 FREE Adult Beach Cruisers for your use.
Our villa is tastefully decorated, includes a 65” Smart TV, free WIFI, and all of our furniture is clean and comfortable. We have also included board games and puzzles.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances as well as a front load washer and dryer. It's well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and all of the cooking utensils you need.
The luxurious master bedroom features a king size Tempur-Pedic mattress, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Access from the master to the over-sized deck, showcases a large oak tree.
The deck overlooks a lagoon which hosts a variety of wildlife, including turtles, various bird species, and usually an alligator or two. The deck also features a gas grill, dining table, and plenty of seating.
The second bedroom provides one queen bed, one twin bed and also has a wall mounted flat screen TV. Our villa has the capacity to sleep 5.
Upgrades to the bathroom include a custom tile shower with a "rain" shower head.
An outside shower is located in the service area to wash off those sandy feet.
There are 5 pools located inside Queens Grant, and you are free to use any of them.
Shelter Cove, which is a short bike ride from Palmetto Dunes, features a marina with boat charters and watersport activities along with shopping and restaurants. It also hosts HarbourFest from June through August, a family friendly weekly celebration, with music and other entertainment, including fireworks on Tuesdays, and admission is free.

The decor and the space looks even better in person! Everything was clean, location was good. My only complaint was that our son was staying at captains walk and he rode over to our place on a bike. He came on the deck so we went outside to sit. My son began complaining something was biting him. We went inside and he had fleas around his ankles!!!! Needless to say we didn’t go in the porch again. Also we had a death in the family and had to leave early

It’s disappointing when we receive a negative comment about our villa. In fact, it’s been years since we’ve had one. We strive to do everything we can to make each and every guest as comfortable and satisfied as possible. It’s even more disappointing when a guest has an issue and doesn’t let us know about it until we read it in a review. We advise our guests to contact us immediately if they have any issues, questions, or concerns. This is one of those cases where a simple phone call could have resolved the issue.
You stated in your review “The decor and the space looks even better in person! Everything was clean, location was good,” Then you go on to explain about your son visiting from another rental and he suddenly walks on our deck and has fleas biting his ankles. You didn’t say that you had received any flea bites yourself, The guests before you didn’t complain, and neither did the guest after you. How is anyone supposed to know where the fleas came from? I can tell you that they didn’t come from our deck, as fleas do not live on hard surfaces, They do live in grass, dirt, sand and carpet, none of which we have in our villa or on our deck. However, if you had called us immediately when you had the issue, we would have sent someone out to address it.
Your negative comment and four star rating hurts our VRBO ranking. We can’t fix something that we were not aware of.

Clean and comfortable, this was a great home to spend a week. Location is convenient to walk everywhere in Palmetto Dunes. Fully stocked kitchen made dinner preparation easy. Highly recommend this Queens Grant villa.

Great Dog Friendly Beach Trip
Our 2nd stay at this Condo! It was great, everything is as pictured. It’s clean and comfy! We love coming to relax, enjoyed the beach and pool.

Relaxing Stay
We found this place several years ago, and it remains our favorite place to stay while in Hilton Head. Very convenient to everything, and extremely pet friendly. I would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated and furnished villa. This was our first time bringing our golden retrievers with us to the island. They loved the spacious deck under a gigantic live oak tree. The deck was enclosed and had a gate so we felt comfortable sitting out there with them, knowing that they could not wander off. We loved being able to take the dogs every morning over to the beach. Most of the time we walked to the beach; however, we did take the Palmetto Dune's Buggy over one day after we had already walked the dogs on the beach and rode the bikes on the beach (saw about 25 dolphins). We wanted to go back to sit and read, so we thought the Dune Buggy would be a great option. We went over to Shelter Cove on Thursday evening for live music. Some of our favorite restaurants include Hudson's, Frankie Bones, One Hot Mama's, Sea Shack, and the Hilton Diner (great breakfast) The host was quick to respond if we had a question.

Wonderful place to stay
Great location with easy access to everything. We had a wonderful time with our Bernese Mountain Dog and English Yellow Lab. The home was well equipped with a great deck.

Great vacation stay with our family and fur babies
The villa was exactly as described. It was well equipped and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We loved having the opportunity to bring our dogs with us on our family vacation.

Great Condo with a View
Condo was furnished perfectly. Decor was perfect for a coastal vibe. Outdoor deck was completely shaded by a Live Oak with Spanish Moss, which is exactly what you want when visiting the Low Country. View of the pond and wildlife was nice and the pool was very close. Will book again.

Great villa in Hilton Head
This was our first trip to HHI and the property was perfect! The location is great because it is close to grocery shopping, beach, golf and pretty much everything you wanted to do! We loved the place and will definitely rent this unit again!! The owners were very attentive to our needs and the place is cozy and clean.
