Close to ALL ski resorts and outdoor activity.

No frills, but clean and good location

This property is pretty bare bones, but provided us with a clean, convenient place to stay near Salt Lake and the ski resorts. We enjoyed that there was a garage and fenced yard.

Perfect for the family

Our stay was great! The house was cozy and perfect for our family. There is a park for the kids down the street which was a huge win with my two. We loved that it wasnt far from our needs. Definitely would and will book again!

Thanksgiving

Outdoor space is small but was awsome for our dog. The beds were average but not bad. The location is awsome for a family traveling as it is quiet and safe. The property manager was easy to work with.

Outstanding Property

We had a great stay! House is in a Quiet Neighborhood and close to everything. Very Clean and inviting. Host is very quick to respond to questions and Check-in was simple.

Great location in Soith Salt Lake

We were in town for long weekend and found the home to be comfortable,clean, safe and with a very cool park down the street.We will be back.

Very Nice Home

House was beautiful, clean and in a good neighborhood. We were able to ride our bikes to get food, and really enjoyed our stay.

Double booked

We drove in 11 hours and we arrived to the property, there was a truck in the driveway. Strange enough. Maybe the cleaning crew? Uh NO, it was someone else that rented the property. I found it strange that the "okay, property ready" was never set to me as I was told it would be. So we asked the guy in the truck and the confusion began. I messaged the property owner/Mgr and she called. She acted stunned this happened and have various reasons as to how but ZERO solutions. She said she uses VRBO and other sites and "something" happened. We had communicated numerous times before the day we arrived so how can any property owner not know the property is booked? Only after demanding, I mean demanding an immediate refund did I get any sort of action. If you are going to offer a property to stay in, know how to manage it. Not to mention the person who was there stated they were already having issues with her.

Family visit

Was a quick weekend to visit family. Was a great location for our family to stay. We were less than 10 min to our local family. It's also close to a lot of our favorite restaurants.

Nice house in a great location

The house was in a great location and close enough to whatever you may want to do in Salt Lake. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Lisa was a great host and was quick to reply with any questions we had and made sure we had a good time. Definitely would rebook this place again.

Excellent Location and well set up

Some friends of mine and I traveled to Utah to duck hunt with local friends and this house was perfect. Comfortable rooms, great kitchen, and nice bathrooms. The garage was perfect to unload and store gear each evening with the laundry room right next to the garage. The kitchen was very nicely equipped and everything worked great. Our host was always quick to respond with any questions we had. I intend to stay here again when we return next fall.

Nice Home in A Friendly Neighborhood

I was very pleased with this rental home and would definitely stay here again. The home was very well-maintained with all the amenities and was situated in a very friendly, safe neighborhood. The home provides easy access to all sorts of shopping and recreational activities. The owner/manager, Lisa, was terrific to work with. She was very responsive and an excellent communicator. Thank you, Lisa!

Clean, comfortable, quiet home

This home is spacious, clean, comfortable and close to parks, dog park and golf course. It is near enough to the city to access all the urban amenities, but still has a cozy neighborhood feel.

Comfortable House

The house is close to everything we wanted to do and stores were very close. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. Had most everything we needed. Would stay again.

South Salt Lake house

This house met our needs (skiing trip) well. The appliances and bathrooms are in good condition. The living room and family room are comfortable, and the kitchen is large and functional. We could have used a few items: tea kettle, hot pads, more silverware, a corkscrew.... But overall this is a good house in a safe neighborhood.

Family ski trip

It was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. It was a great place to come back to after a day of skiing.
