The host was very responsive to questions before and during the trip, the unit was clean and had everything we needed and very nice kitchen appliances. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Our miniature dachshunds could fit through the slats on the porch so be mindful if bringing small dogs. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay again!

Such a wonderful clean place and Great Location

We stayed here for 9 nights, it was a wonderful, clean, and spacious property! The kitchen had everything we needed, we had plenty of sleeping space and the location was perfect!

This house was great for our family of four. On the quiet end of PCB away from car traffic and loud music and the house had plentiful bath and pool towels, games and beach toys. I could watch my 5 year old play in the sand just steps from the back deck of the house while my infant napped upstairs. Our dog absolutely loved the fenced in deck and the outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off salt and sand after a long day at the beach! We can’t wait to book another stay at this home.

Host was quick to respond to a couple minor problems. Home is beautiful and host provided immediate needs wonderfully, so we did not have to rush to the store. Views and beach access unbeatable.

Beautiful townhouse. Great location to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. It’s was great to have beach chairs and beach towels provided. Really enjoyed walking off our deck directly on the beach. Owner was quick to respond and check in with us.

Beautiful Beach Front House

The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Jessica was great and always there to help when needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Panama City beach

Came to visit family and escape the snow in MN. Perfect location- steps from the beach made life easier to tow kids to and from. Having an ocean view was great- especially at sunset! Loved that it was a quiet area - yet had some fun just walking distance for food and drinks. Space inside was cozy and clean.

Beautiful place

This property is beautifully decorated with all top of the line amenities. It is exceptional and every detail was impressive. The hosts were always available when needed and very friendly. Highly recommend.

We were a bit shocked at first to discover that the townhouse was just a few doors down from the house damaged from the 1/2024 tornado (it is leaning on the houses next to it)..... BUT it would NOT discourage us from staying here again. It was clean, nicely appointed, and the location, oh my, it was perfect.Inside was beautiful and we loved being steps away from the ocean. Would stay here again!

We love everything about this listing. Just would have liked a full length mirror in the unit. Communication with the owners was excellent and the unit is beautiful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Panama City Beach townhome! From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home away from home. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so welcoming. You can tell the owners truly care about their guests and have gone above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.One thing that really stood out was how incredibly well stocked the townhome was. Unlike so many vacation rentals that leave you buying the basics, they provided plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, cleaning supplies, and so much more. It made such a difference not having to run to the store as soon as we arrived. Every little detail had been thought of, and it made our vacation so much more relaxing.Another thing we absolutely loved was that every cabinet and drawer was clearly labeled. It made finding everything you needed so easy, and putting things back where they belonged was effortless. It’s such a simple idea, but it made the stay so much more convenient and showed just how much thought the owners have put into making their guests feel at home.The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, the beds were comfortable, and the entire home was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family. The location was fantastic—ON the BEACH Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This townhome was amazing!! So clean and well decorated. Everything we needed was there. We have 3 teenagers and an 8yr old and all 4 of them fit comfortably in the second bedroom. Plenty of toiletries were provided. We of course brought some extra of some items as other units we have stayed never had enough but I did not have to use them! I can't repeat enough how clean the unit was. Parking was good. Neighborhood was quiet. You are right next to the towers which was kinda noisy at night but honestly it was nice listening to the kids laugh and enjoy the pool/beach. There was double red flags so we only got to enjoy the water two times. There are 2 chairs and umbrella service provided which is a huge bonus so you aren't trecking them up and down stairs every morning and night. We would wake up each morning and make the 10k steps down to the pier and back finding handfulls of great shells and sand dollars. We did enjoy Pier Park but about 30 min away because of heavy traffic. Schooners is literally a 1 minute walk from front door... for us it was way over priced for a dinner ($400 for 6) but was nice for happy hour or drinks/appetizers while on the beach. Overall this place was amazing and Jessica the owner was the best to work with. She would respond very quickly to any questions we had. Stop scrolling through other listings and book this unit for sure!!

This place is fantastic. It is exactly as pictured and has everything you need. It’s always the little things that make a place great. All the light switches and cabinets are labeled. Beach towels are provided as well as other everyday items like trash bags and dish soap. The deck furniture is great. Of course the best part is being right on the beach and being able to drive right up to your front door. Can’t wait to come back!
