Great location. Condo was clean and had lots of room. Just steps to beach. Couple of small issues that were both resolved immediately. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t wait to stay here again next year! 90 steps from the kitchen sink to the ocean. The ice maker stopped working and they had people deliver us ice to make our trip better. We will DEFINITELY recommend this place!

Could not be a better location if you want to enjoy the beach! The views are even better than can be shown in the pictures. The place was clean, showers had great water pressure, kitchen was good to cook in. We would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

We rented with VRBO for our first ever family beach vacation and this place was amazing. It was super clean, family friendly and a beautiful property right on the beach.

The unit was fine, it was clean, and spacious. The issue is it's the very end unit, and has a public beach access right beside the unit. I rented a place on the beach for privacy, and this unit isn't that. The first 3 days it was so crowded we couldn't even get a place on the beach. Also parking is a huge issue. The garage is very narrow, and people in the next door unit parked half way into our space. If you have a large truck or SUV it'll be very difficult to park.

We are sorry to hear that the beach was not as private as you wished it had been, unfortunately, this is out of our control. We are also sorry to hear your neighbor was taking up some of your parking. We would have been happy to reach out to the HOA to get them to move if this had been brought to our attention during your stay. You are correct that the parking here is not for oversized vehicles, this information is included in the listing. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

The view is the very best part of this condo. It is actually on the beach with nothing but sea grass and palm trees between your back porch and the Gulf. The place was beautiful, very clean, nicely decorated and welcoming. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. We will be back!

Loved it

One of the nicest condos we’ve stayed at in Sunnyside. The beds were super comfortable. We had enough toilet paper etc that lasted the whole stay. Everything was clean and decor was nice and up to date.

PCB-Our Happy Place

We really enjoyed the house. It is clean and spacious. We wished there was more seating in the living room. For a house that sleeps 8 there is only seating for 5 in the living room. But that’s not a terrible problem when you’re at the beach.

Great place to stay!

This is our second year staying at this property with another family with young kids. It’s a great location close to things to do or perfect for spending the whole day at the beach. Property stocked with essentials and clean. One thing we sorely missed this year is a vacuum (last year there was one) so we can keep the condo clean while we stayed. A short broom and pan doesn’t cut it for a beach condo when you are battling sand. Other than that, we love the condo and hope to come back again!

Thanks for the great review and for staying with us for a second year!! I'm sorry to hear that you were missing a vacuum. They are required for all the properties that we manage. I will make sure that our staff is notified and a new vacuum has been delivered. Please let us know when you want to come back again!

“ One” Star Condo Services

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo and location. Very poor, unprofessional management company. Lied about garage access.

We are so sorry that the control panel for the garage on the outside was not functioning properly for the beginning of your stay. We got on the schedule with the vendor for the repair as soon as they opened on Monday morning. The cleaner nor the guest before you reported any issue with garage door, or we certainly would have made you aware before your arrival. We were very glad to hear that the garage door was still functioning from the inside, so you were still able to access the garage and property. We do apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you understand that there are some things that are out of our control. We wish you luck in the future.

spring break

The house was gorgeous and very spacious. We loved the private porch and the beach wasn't crowded. There is a pool advertised, but we were not able to find it. We also ran out of toilet paper after two days. There is no dish soap, sponges, salt or pepper. The kitchen is equipped with anything you would need to make dinner. Overall, we had a great time.

On the Beach Townhome

Updated townhome, great balcony’s overlooking the beach. Comfortable accommodations with basics for cooking at home with pots, pans & cookware. Mgmt company very responsive & easy to communicate with. Great set up for adult couples each bedroom has a full bath. Wish the TV’s were SMART so we could stream… but good cable selection available. WiFi strong enough to support working remotely. Great location, far west side of PCB, only 10 minute drive to Rosemary. 25 minute drive to ECP airport. Grocery stores / CVS within a mile of the townhouse.

Highly Recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family visits PCB every year and we always stay at The Shores Townhomes. This is our first time renting through VRBO for the condo, but the rental was easy and handled very well by the rental company! We love the private beach area! The only very minor downside of the condo was there was no plastic dishware/drinkware. I know this may sound like an odd concern but being a larger condo advertised with families welcome, anyone that has kids knows that kids and glass don't mix. In prior condos we have stayed at there was always been a mix. But, by no means is this a dealbreaker for next time, we just need to prepare better.

Nice place but AC does not work consistently

Make sure you ask if the AC unit has been replaced or updated before you book! It was a nice property but by early afternoon the temperature in the unit was up to 78 degrees. The property management team was easy to communicate with and after 3 calls they sent a repairman who admitted it couldn’t be fixed without replacing the whole unit. Luckily he showed us how to reset the compressor which my husband had to do at least once per day throughout the rest of the week. They did bring some fans, but with temperatures in the upper 90’s they weren’t very helpful.

Thank you for booking with us. I'm happy that you found the property to be nice and that our office was easy to communicate with. Our office is open 7 days a week and we even have an after-hours line for emergencies. I hate to hear about the issue with the A/C. I'm happy to hear that we were able to get an A/C service tech out to the house right away. According to the A/C technician, if the exterior doors are open with the A/C running, then the unit will freeze up and have to be reset. I'm very happy that the A/C tech showed you how to reset the thermostat but it sounds like keeping the doors shut would've fixed the issue. I also love to hear that our office also brought extra fans for you. I hope you remember to keep the exterior doors closed while running the A/C on your next beach vacation.

Nicely updated and great location with a garage

We enjoyed our stay at this recently updated townhome. It was furnished very nicely with eve thing we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. Having a garage was a huge plus as it allowed us to store our bikes, beach gear and fishing poles without worry and we still had room to park a full size pickup. The location was excellent and the beach was amazing as usual. The unit is on the very end so the only downside was the garbage dumpsters were on the other end which is about 150 - 200 yards away. That is also where the pool is which we didn’t use. Check in was easy although the instructions said you have to get a parking tag from the office only to find out the tags were actually already in the unit. No big deal, but the instructions should be updated. The TV in the living room would not work and after some investigation someone had unplugged the HDMI cable which was an easy fix. Overall a great place that is furnished nicely with very comfortable beds in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo had everything we were looking for. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking necessities. Beach access was amazing and while we were at the very far end away from the pool it wasn't an unreasonable distance to walk. I highly recommend staying here.
