Beachside Townhouse PCB is a gulf front (beachfront) vacation townhouse located in Beachside Townhomes on the world's most beautiful beach with amazing sugar white sandy beach, dazzling turquoise water and spectacular sunsets. Great location at Highway 79 and Front Beach Road. Less than a mile to Pier Park. Pier Park has over 120 stores and restaurants for your shopping, entertainment, and dining.

(IMAX theater, Dave & Busters, Tootsies, 5 Guy Burgers, Margaritaville, Texas Road House just to name a few.) Winn Dixie grocery store, liquor store, CVS Pharmacy is across the street. Fresh fish market, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and several others in short walking distance.

You can see the pier at Pier Park from the deck off the back of the unit, great views, fishing, as well as fireworks displays several times a year.

The property was amazing! The convenience of it being beach front was amazing considering I had a newborn. The master bedroom was quite warm in the afternoon/evening but it didn't dampen the experience. The property is also in a great location. Anything you might need from groceries to entertainment is just a couple of minutes away.

House was very clean, host was very prompt, the back deck view was amazing and the railing with the door was great for grandkids. Great location, can walk across the road to the Sandbar to eat. Easy to find and had 3 parking spots . Everything was perfect

Perfect stay for our family. We had a bathroom for every bedroom and walked right out onto the beach. Great location for shopping and other activities. The host communication was excellent and I would stay there again for sure!!

This place is amazing! Literally steps to the beach with amazing views of the ocean and the sunsets are gorgeous!!! The townhome has all the essentials you need! Our family loves this location due to it being quiet. This is our second time staying at this townhome and planning to go back in October.

Overall, we had a good experience. The house was comfortable, organized, clean, and in a great location, very close to the beach, local attractions, and Pier Park. The view was spectacular at any time of day, and we had plenty of towels, hot water, and clean bathrooms and sheets.The two main issues were **the air conditioning and the mattresses**. The house was not cooling properly, so we had to use fans and leave the downstairs bedroom open to try to keep the house comfortable. When we checked out, there was actually an A/C repair truck at the property, which confirmed there was an issue, but unfortunately nothing was done during our stay.The mattresses were also very worn out and uncomfortable. All of them, without exception, need to be replaced, as they made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.We also found the trash bin completely full when we arrived, which did not make a good first impression, especially since the garage is open and visible to everyone.Aside from these issues, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the location and the spectacular view.

Thank you for bringing attention to the mattresses , we have replaced all of them . The ac people were there for a routine maintenance. If the AC had not worked optimally during your stay you could have given us a heads up and we would have had them check it out while you were there . There was no issue after they serviced it either . Sorry you were uncomfortable in the beach house. Sorry about the trash bin , we can't control the pick up days and in summer between guests it does get full. We will look into other trash services to see how it can be handled. Sorry again for any inconvenience caused.

The house was amazing. Absolutely loved the deck. The deck privacy curtains and furniture were great additions to really enjoy relaxing by the water. The host was by far the best and most understanding. Thank you for an incredible experience.

The unit was amazing! I love the direct beach access. Beautiful sunset and unit was nice just needed some touch up on the walls. The outside furniture was great as well. Close to great places to eat and a quick drive to Pier Park. Definitely will stay here again

Spring Break

Communication was excellent as well as the location. Walked out onto the deck and the white, sandy beaches were right in front of you. Plenty of food and shopping within a 10 mile radius. The Winn Dixie was a 2 minute drive for groceries. Kitchen was well appointed and OH THOSE BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!! We’ll definitely be back!

Beach get away

The townhome was just as listed; clean, spacious, and just steps from the beach! We throughly enjoyed our stay at Panama City Beach! Restaurants were close and the white sand beach was peaceful.
