Our 6th floor condo overlooks Sugar Beach, a six-mile stretch of sand from North Kihei to Ma'alaea Harbor—perfect for long, uninterrupted walks without rocky outcrops or narrow public paths. It's great for swimming and boogie boarding, too!
The 1-bed, 1-bath condo has been fully renovated with tile floors throughout, and a beautifully updated kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, and high-end appliances. The bathroom features a tiled shower, new cabinets, and a granite vanity. Enjoy the private lanai, plus a second semi-private lanai for lounging or taking in stunning sunset views.

For stays that qualify(14 nights or longer), traditional housekeeping is provided every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo, exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services are available between 8 AM and 4:30 PM.
