Spectacular views of the ocean, West Maui Mountains and beautifully landscaped grounds await you from our (sixth) top floor oceanfront condo at KOA Lagoon in Kihei. You will enjoy brilliant sunsets and whale watching as you relax on our large lanai listening to the gentle sound of the ocean.
Our unit has a well-furnished kitchen for those that prefer to do their own cooking and enjoy our spectacular view. The entire unit has tile flooring to create a clean inviting atmosphere. We have ceiling fans and A/C in both the living room area and the bedroom. The six-floor complex has an elevator.
The large lanai, the spacious living room or the large dining room are great places to watch the whales or view the beautiful Maui sunsets. KOA Lagoon is located 15 minutes from the Kahului airport, and just minutes from seven world class golf courses, many beautiful beaches, shopping centers and restaurants.
This has always been a non-smoking unit and the KOA Lagoon complex is a non-smoking complex in its' entirety. No smoking in the units, on the lanais, in the swimming pool area, the walkways or parking lot. Additionally, the KOA Lagoon Complex does not allow pets except for certified assistance/service animals.

We so enjoyed our stay here in Kihei. Everything was well thought out and taken care of including chairs and towels to enjoy the beautiful beach! We spent lots of time on the patio overlooking the ocean.

Relax and Unwind
This was a perfect place for my husband and me to relax, unwind and shake off the winter blues. The owners were gracious and knowledgeable about the area. We will be staying here again!

Great location and beautiful views.
This was our third time staying at Koa Lagoon Codos.
Excellent location, close to all amnesties, shops, restaurant and the beach. Awesome views specially at sunset. The place was clean and comfortable. A bit low on kitchen supplies but nothing critical. Strongly recommend staying at this place.

Our favorite place on Maui
We love Koa Lagoon. Wonderful location on the beach, and gorgeous views of whales, ocean, and sunsets. This unit is spacious, well appointed, and well maintained. We would be happy to return.

Great convenient condo!
Checkin was as easy as parking the car and entering the code to the door. Beach and some shops are walking distance. Beautiful view of Lanai from the lanai! Super convenient spot to stay for a few days.

Great unit lovely location and pool area
We were very comfortable having the manager
So nearby. Kerry the manager went out her way

Amazing View
Lovely beachfront sunset view from the whole place and the huge lanai. Friendly, accommodating host. Everything works Much better than advertised. Can’t wait to come back here!

Thank you for your review as we strive to exceed our guests expectations. In 2020 we replaced the air conditioner in the living room/ dining area and the king size bed in the bedroom. Additionally the queen size sofa sleeper was replaced in 2019. Mother nature takes care of the beautiful view from our lanai. Mahalo, Kerry

Complex is quiet, however, close to South Kihei Road which is noisier than we remember and earlier in the day. Beautiful view from the lanai. Owners are friendly and responsive responsive noisy earlier in the day than

All about the view
The view out of the large balcony was amazing. Perfect for sunsets. There was also nothing wrong with the place. It had all the basics and everything worked.

View can’t be beat!
We loved staying here at the Koa Lagoon. The Lanai is huge and the view is stunning. There was a few blinds missing on the big windows and in late afternoon it gets really hot and the sun is blinding. We loved having beach chairs to use and having a washer and dryer was awesome.

Maintenance is important to us and we are working on getting the two roll down see through blinds in the dining room replaced as the mechanism is no longer available. We appreciate all comments as it provides information for improvement if our custodial service should miss somethning. Mahalo

The view!!
This place is in the perfect location, the condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable, the entire complex and surrounding grounds were meticulously cared for, and the view from the large balcony was amazing!! We appreciated the two AC units that kept the place cool, the washer and dryer, the well-stocked kitchen, and the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler that were available to us. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway
This property was the perfect place for a getaway- relaxing, clean and well maintained. We came to Maui to celebrate our anniversary. The location in Kihei is a short drive from so many wonderful adventures and far enough from major hot spots so we could enjoy the peace of nature and the ocean. The condo maintenance staff was constantly at work keeping up the place but mot at all intrusive. Would love to stay here again when we come back to Maui.

Amazingly beautiful view!
The Koa Lagoon Condominiums have the most beautiful views and the beach is wonderful. My room was very clean and comfortable - felt like home. I love that the pool was heated. This vacation has been such a fun and relaxing experience. I am hoping to come back again. I made a lot of great memories. 🏝️😎🐢

Wonderful but could use some upkeep
Great location and the views from the deck were fantastic. The condo could use some upkeep, for example several windows didn’t open, one sliding door would not open at all.

We always appreciate our rental guests' input regarding their stay. We were not aware of the door not opening and will immediately get maintenance to fix this issue and visit with our cleaning service to report these types of issues to us. The window that is not opening has parts ordered to address the issue as there are no parts in the island chain for this type of window.
