Great location

Located in a quiet area of Kihei. Nicely kept grounds, right on the beach, great views.

Great trip!

We were very happy with property as it was very well taken care of and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay.Pretty laid back area at a good location to enjoy our vacation.

Perfect beach-front condo

Fran's place was perfect for us. Gorgeous setting on the beach and comfortable accomodations. Excellent whale watching from the lanai and the beach. We will definitely return.

Paradise on the Pacific

Paradise on the PacificIs what you will find at Sugar beach resorts. Beautifully maintained property gorgeous ocean views, swimming pool hot tub nearby restaurant and a beautiful beach to walk.

Amazing Piece of Paradise

My husband and I loved every minute staying here. I think it’s the best location to stay on the island. Close to the airport and centrally located to everything we wanted to see, we won’t hesitate to rent this unit again. The amenities were wonderful and it’s literally a two minute walk to the beach and to the pool! Mahalo!

Perfect location

Fran's property was extremely close to the beach and had beach views from the dining area and the lanai. The beach was never crowded and the sunsets were spectacular! The place was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. This was the perfect place to stay for our first time to Maui!

Sugar Beach Resort is beautifully maintained and right on the beach. It is centrally located.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Fran's Condo. It has a great view of the beach and the pool and is steps away from them. It was a very comfortable home away from home. The kitchen had everything in it that we needed. We loved the long walks on the beach and the beautiful sunsets.

Wonderful, fully equiped, clean and very beautiful views

This was our 3rd time to Maui, and Fran's unit was the best yet! Loved everything about it. Very clean and nicely furnished. The views were spectacular. Would definitely stay there again!!! Thank you Fran for allowing us to share your wonderful home!!!

Property exactly as expected

Landlord was very helpful and accommodating. Unit was everything we expected and there were a number of things in the unit that made the stay excellent. Would be happy to stay here again.

Really enjoyed staying at Sugar Beach Resort

We love staying at Sugar Beach Resort. The property is beautiful and the beach is absolutely wonderful for morning and evening walks. We always love our stay there. This unit was very nice, clean & comfortable. You could see the ocean but not head on like some other units. This had a pool view with ocean behind it. Wonderful stay!

Perfect location to relax

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's right on the beach and the sunsets are spectacular. We were able to see several whales both from the lanai and from the shore. The property itself is very quiet and clean. The condo had just about everything we needed including beach equipment and towels. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

Great View and Location

This place is great for the view of the sunset, beach, ocean, and pool. You even have a water feature in front of the lanai. Loved having shade during high heat. It allowed us to be on the lanai longer.

Room 212 perfect location on property

Room 212 is a corner unit so you have 2x the view!!! Ocean and palms in view where ever you choose to sit and relax. Beach just steps away. Tastefull decor, no clutter, clean! Owner and unit manager a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful location

Amazing view from the deck.pool, hot tub, beach all within short walking distance. Check-in attendant was rude and did not facilitate a clear check-in process

Great Place to stay in Maui!

Fran was very helpful! The Condo was well stocked with anything you needed. All we had to do was stock up on food and Drinks. If you didn’t want to cook no need to. Lots of very good eateries close by. I will definitely book this place again😀
