Step inside, where you’ll notice the incredible craftsmanship throughout the house. The main living space provides three plush leather couches that sit in front of a stone fireplace, the perfect spot to defrost on chilly winter evenings. A mounted flatscreen TV can be seen from all three couches so you can enjoy family movie night together. A few steps away you’ll find a pool table, shuffleboard table, and arcade game allowing for hours of friendly fun and competition. High top tables and barstools provide comfortable seating space to enjoy some snacks while you wait for your turn.

Around the corner, a second living space can be found with two leather couches and a mounted TV. Also in this room, a large dining table provides seating for eight. The large open concept kitchen overlooks the dining room and is equipped with all modern stainless steel appliances. The stunning granite countertops and kitchen island offer plenty of space for prepping your meals.

Head outside and take advantage of the incredible scenery and fresh mountain air. On the front deck, enjoy ultimate relaxation as you soak in the hot tub overlooking tree lines. In the backyard, you’ll find a propane grill allowing you to barbeque in the incredible Big Bear weather. The yard is fully-fenced, providing the privacy and security you desire. A ton of space for exploring can be found in the backyard making this the perfect place for kids with a sense of adventure. Hunt for pine cones under the shade of tall pine trees or sit back in the lounge chairs and enjoy a glass of wine.


The first bedroom this home offers can be found on the main floor and provides a king size bed, stone fireplace and attached master bathroom with a large soaking tub. The second bedroom is also on the main floor and has a fun full over full bunk bed and leather sofa couch for additional sitting space. A desk in this room gives you a quiet spot to finish work if needed. The remaining four bedrooms can be found upstairs. Three of the bedrooms provide king size beds with one providing a queen. All bedrooms offer TVs.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
  Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
