Our Kiawah Island rental home is truly a paradise retreat that has it all. Lovely, bright, spacious home with delightful screened in porch. You can hear the ocean from the screened deck. This is a four-bedroom home with beautiful, wooded lot lined with palm & oak trees. Ideal location -- just 135 steps from the Kiawah 10 mile beach and a very short bike ride from the Night Heron Park recreation area swimming pools. It is rated in the top tier of rental villas by Kiawah Resorts.

Because of the association with them, all privileges and discounts that Kiawah Resort guest receive are available to our guests. This includes greatly reduced rates on the use of the tennis courts, shuttle bus service, and access to Night Heron pool plus discounts on golf, tennis, pickleball, restaurants, and much more. Many of these amenities such as pool access, restaurant reservations and advanced tee times are no longer available to non-resort guests. Kiawah Island Business License #: RBL20-000298

This is such a great house for a big family! The location is awesome and there is plenty of room. It’s definitely got some wear and tear but is comfortable and the location makes up for it. Overall I would highly recommend!

We love Kiawah Island and are very familiar with the resort, but it was the first time staying at this particular home. The walk to the beach was very easy down a paved path that is shaded with trees! The home was comfortable and well appointed. The upstairs has two bedrooms and one bath. The bath is through the bedroom with the bunks. The host was super friendly and helpful and we would love to stay again!

Greg was excellent to work with!! Cleaning crew didn’t do best job upon checking in but he had maintenance and cleaning team there immediately. I was so impressed with promptness and ease of communication. We’ll definitely be back

The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the necessary cooking items that you could ever want.The pool at Herron Park is awesome and the kids had a great time every time we visited.

We never were able to use the oven and had to light the stove with a lighter, due to a breaker needing to be replaced. The barbecue was not useable, due to being rusty and the elements broken. The showers drained poorly and the shower faucet was difficult to turn off. Dirty, sandy floors, even under furniture and on top of bedspreads.

We'll also have the shower faucet serviced right away, and we've addressed the cleaning concerns directly with our housekeeping team to make sure floors and linens are thoroughly checked before every check-in. We had a wonderful time last week. The house was great. The proximity to beach and Night Heron Park was perfect. Kids scootered multiple times a day to both.

Great family getaway

Good to be just a short walk from the beach. We also really enjoyed having access to the resort pools - those were great fun. Kiawah is such a special place - great to have a wonderful family vacation there!

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend with family at this lovely home. The location was perfect, close enough to walk or bike to beach, or the night Heron Park. Kiawah Island is a beautiful, peaceful place.

Family vacation

House was a good choice overall for our grandkids because it was short walk or bike ride to the beach and included Kiawah Resort pool/shuttle amenities!

Very clean, well stocked and appointed. Comfortable beds. Screened porch, deck with BBQ, outside shower. Close to beach access boardwalk and bikepaths. All resort amenities are available. Weeklong family reunion for 7 adults and 2 year old. Everyone left relaxed and happy.

Great house! Clean and just what we needed. House could use some updating but when you spend a majority of the time on the beach it works just fine!

Wonderful

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. It’s very close to the beach and quiet. We would stay here again! It did need some cleaning when we got there, but it wasn’t anything too major.

Great Family Trip

We spent a long weekend here with our family. The house was the perfect size for 8 adults and three toddlers. We found the house very clean and kid friendly. Close to the beach and the Night Heron Park. Loved being able to rent this home. You won't be disappointed!

Great spot!

We had a fantastic family vacation at this home. It was great! Newly remodeled, it looked even better in person than in the pictures. Great open kitchen was the perfect place to relax. Close walk to the beach and lots of wonderful wildlife to see. Nice bedrooms, it holds lots of people comfortably. Clean and well-maintained, we hope to rent this one again!

Family Vacation

Great house for a large family with kids and a perfect location as its easy to walk to the beach and bike anywhere on the island. The home needs from new furniture and same updating, but the host indicated that its being done in the fall and can't wait to see what they add.

Holiday Getaway

Our family - klds and grandkids - shared the Christmas holiday on Kiawah Island. We chose to rent this property because it appeared to be able to accommodate family dinners and get togethers....we were not disappointed. The home is very well equipped, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Location was excellent and we would most definitely stay here again.

Good Value and Location

Overall, our stay was good. Good location and great value for Kiawah Island house. Property owner, maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive to any of our issues. Property showing some age but still great value for size of house and people it can accommodate. Most issues reported were fixed quickly with exception of clothes washer. All in all, me and my family enjoyed our week on Kiawah, as always.
