This was the perfect home for our family’s beach vacation. Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, so well equipped, and conveniently located a short walk from the beach. We would gladly stay again. Truly loved it!!

We absolutely our stay in this home! The location is a very close walk to the beach, right next to the golf course if you are a golfer, and also close to the front gate which makes it easy to get to Freshfields for meals and shopping. The house is so cozy and updated, had everything we needed in the kitchen, the king beds were so comfortable, and all of the linens and towels were very luxurious. We will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you!!! The Williams Family

This house is designed with comfort in mind. We were 5 people of 3 generations and everyone had a terrific time. We did a little bit of cooking so appreciated the very complete kitchen. All the rooms were well decorated and comfortable.We're hoping to come again next year.

It was a pleasure renting their home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the layout was perfect, the bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful.I hope I can come back and rent again when I have more vacation time.Their home was very modern, easy to get to and made you feel like you were at home

The property was exactly as described but was in an even better location than anticipated. If you're going to golf at Kiawah courses, this is very centrally located. It's walking distance to Cougar Point and the beach. The condo is immaculate and is well stocked with amenities.

Fairway Oaks Villa was our home away from home for our Kiawah beach vacation! Traveling with 3 teenagers it was the perfect amount of space for the teens to sleep and hang out downstairs and parents to relax upstairs. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked for a week at the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, games, books, and more were ready for us upon arrival. We enjoyed watching nature from the outdoor deck and convenient walks to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was a great place to cook for a family. It was a short walk to Cougar Point golf course and a fun bike ride away from The Nest. We greatly enjoyed our stay and did not want to come home! Quick responses and communication with the property owner before and during the trip.

Great location. Clean, newly updated and very comfortable. Appreciated that it was well-stocked with anything we might need. Property manager was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Lovely home in a beautiful setting. We had a soggy weekend, but loved our time together in this home. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well organized. We hope to return in the future!

Host was very responsive and helpful with all my questions as we were here for Thanksgiving. The kitchen had everything we needed, as the whole joke was well appointed. Location is great, close to beach and first gate, making Fresh Fields just a 5 minute drive.

This property is a 5 star! Great Location adjacent to Golf, dining, and freshfields. As a bonus, the beach is an easy walk for all ages. The host was the best as she made sure every detail was taken care of and she was very responsive to any questions. Her communication was the best you will encounter! I highly recommend this rental for a family vacation.

This villa was exceptional. All the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were the perfect size with plenty of extra space for belongings. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances and extras. My mother in law who loves to cook was delighted.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful, with everything one would need for a short or long-term stay. It’s so conveniently located to the beach, with it being just a 5-min walk on a paved and shaded path. We greatly appreciated all of the amenities: including board games, beach towels, beach chairs, a hose to rinse off, etc. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. Communication with the host was excellent.

Better than even expected 4 bedroom

Quick stay as we were scouting locations in Kiawah…super easy check in and owner was quick to respond. This was sparkling clean and kitchen had everything including things we didn’t know we needed! (2 coffee makers!). Looks professionally decorated but so comfortable to watch tv, hang out on deck or just sleep. Super easy 5 min walk to the beach and close to fresh fields grocery. We would stay here again and 5 star recommend!

Perfect Family Villa on KiawahWe stayed from July 12–19, 2025, with our four daughters (ages 1 to 13) and my parents, and this villa was ideal. It was clean upon arrival, check-in was simple, and there was plenty of parking and storage for bikes and beach gear. The two king beds and twin rooms suited our group perfectly.The cozy, updated interior felt like home. We loved the spacious living/dining area for games and movies, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking easy. The back deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening wildlife watching—we even saw birds and a couple of alligators!The beach was a short walk or bike ride away, clean and quiet, with plenty of space to relax. We used the bike paths daily, riding as a group or in pairs, and our kids loved stopping at Night Heron Park for the playground.The villa is in a peaceful, friendly community—especially quiet in the evenings. We also appreciated the location: Freshfields Village (with grocery, restaurants, and shops) was only a few minutes away, and Charleston was close enough for a fun day trip. We even caught a movie at the unique Terrace Theater.The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. We felt truly welcomed and lucky to stay here. Would absolutely rent again—highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing Kiawah getaway

This was the BEST rental we've experienced out of years and years of renting! Host is so generous and kind. Kitchen is the most stocked I've ever seen. The best home away from home and we can't wait to return. Truly grateful for the hospitality the owners have shown. Just a short walk to the beach. Views on back deck are spectacular with great wildlife. Peaceful and calm - can't ask for more!

This was a beautiful property! All of the beds were comfortable, even the twin ones! They provided everything we needed … cleaning supplies, cooking supplies, coffee filters and pods. The little things make a big difference! All of the bathrooms were nice and the kitchen is nicely updated. We loved watching the gator swim up the waterway by the balcony and it’s about a five minute walk to the beach. We look forward to staying in the future.
